Poloniex Crypto Exchange

Poloniex heeft een zeer interessante aanbieding, vergeet niet de code RP5AHNYU te gebruiken bij registratie om 10% korting te krijgen op de handelskosten.
Ik waardeer echt hun commissiestructuur die enkele van de laagste in de industrie is, met tarieven zo laag als 0.00% voor makers en 0.20% voor nemers. Het platform biedt ook een breed scala aan functies, waaronder geavanceerde grafieken, API- toegang en vele anderen.

I have requested to close my account three times now and there is no response at all, this is the worse support ever, they are just ignoring my requests and do nothing at all, definitely unacceptable to not respond for over a week, what if you have a major issue I am glad I am closing my account if they ever respond, I will update this in a week to report if they woke up.
Update: And after days sending out the request via the app again and again and no response at all, it really frustrates me how they can ignore people and not even send an update that they are working on it or even an apology. I am really disappointed and want my data deleted from their database as legal requirements allow this and have no contact with them anymore after they have closed the account, that is if the ever do this. Worse support out of all that I have ever experienced, this is even worse as bad support.

This was a nice platform for middle and long-term investments. I liked that it was possible to track all you orders and history during all the period. It was very easy to track your trades and P&L using poloniex. It was the reason I moved all my investments from Binance to poloniex.
But 1st of August they launched completely new version. And now you can track your orders and trades only for 7 days! You also can export your history for the last 3 months, but only by 8 days slots. If you need history from more than 3 months you need to contact support...that is ridiculous. Now you have no idea at what price you bought your assets. For me, it is just impossible to use it anymore.
I don't understand what advantages poloniex can have compared to other platforms (like Binance) with this update.
Maybe for traders who do only day trading, this platform will fit their needs, but for the rest - I think there are other better Crypto Exchanges.

The app is painfully slow, nothing works and theyve even closed withdrawals for USDT? Why?

Let op met welke tokens je verstuurd en welke opties. Je bent zomaar ineens je tokens/Coins kwijt. Let op transacties keuzes! Ze zijn niet duidelijk omschreven! En weg je geld.succes!

Great app but can you please add the IRS on iOS?
