Fantastic app, we love to use it. We’re members sinds the beginning. Now the kids getting older we see that some improvements could be done on the children profiles. Is it possible to add in an update an age limit? Like until 9 until 12? (Include even National Geographic) kids around 9-12 are really into discover the earth and it nature.
So the kids can still use there accounts and be self independent. And let our account untouched
Paid subscriptions with and without ads
Paying for a streaming subscription and still being forced to watch an excessive amount of ads is honestly ridiculous.
When I’m paying full price, I expect uninterrupted viewing — not multiple ad breaks during a single movie or a 45-minute series episode.
If ads are going to be this frequent, what exactly am I paying for?
It’s frustrating to pay for platforms like this and still get flooded with ads.
Watching a movie or even a 45-minute episode feels like regular TV all over again — except now I’m paying for it.
At this point, the value of the subscription is really questionable.
The Chromecast icon frequently disappears, making this all unreliable
Disney+ has a recurring and very frustrating Chromecast issue. The Chromecast icon frequently disappears from the app even though Chromecast is working normally for other apps and the device is on the same Wi-Fi network.
The only way to restore the icon is to force close the app, clear cache, restart the phone, delete Disney+ or restart the Chromecast. Sometimes none of these work and the icon randomly reappears later. This makes casting unreliable and breaks a core feature of the service.
This is not an isolated incident. It happens regularly and only with Disney+. Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming apps connect instantly every time.
Casting should be seamless, not a repeated troubleshooting exercise. Please prioritise fixing Chromecast stability, because right now it seriously impacts the usability of the app.
