Opgelicht door dit bedrijf. Ondanks mijn opzegging die ik op de dag van aanmelding (Free trial) heb gedaan, blijven ze bedragen afschrijven. Ondanks mijn bewijs van opzegging dat ik ze heb toegestuurd. Schandalig. Ik krijg mijn geld niet terug. Gebruik deze app niet!

Heb deze app (free versie) een dag geprobeerd. Toen afgemeld & verwijderd. Een maand later werd er uit het niets €41 van mijn rekening gehaald! Na contact met helpdesk hebben ze bevestigd dit geld retour te storten!

why did you remove the previous Looks? now they are terrible. I’m unsubscribing because of this.

Na heel even de app geprobeerd te hebben in de gratis proefperiode heb ik meteen het abonnement stop gezet. Ondanks die stopzetting is er toch €41 afgeschreven.
Na contact met de klantenservice netjes geholpen en het bedrag wordt teruggestort. Gelukkig.

The latest Valentine’s update deleted most of the beautiful filters. I always used filters in the “No Filter”-category, but now you’re only able to choose between very obvious and very few (mediocre) filters. Very disappointed, especially if you pay a lot of money to use this app to its fullest. If it stays this way, I’ll switch to another app. I think users want to chose between tens of filters, not just a handful. All other options are still fine and most of them really enhance my pictures.

This apo used to be the best. Many free features and you could go “pro” with monthly sub & yearly. Then they changed the monthly option to “weekly” but still the price was reasonable. Suddenly they doubled their subscription cost and when people critisised it they replied “you can ise the free features”. Meanwhile there is almost no free features left that are worth. Now without any announcement they removed ALL the pre-set filters, which were a crucial feture of this app. Instead they replaced it with some very bad looking retro camera filters. From 50 filters now you get 10 bad ones. Imagine how it is to have paid a yearly subscription to these people (because their weekly sub is insanely expensive) and they remove all the filters, they offer no refunds and they reply to no emails or messages. Avoid using this app, maybe go support a company that does care about their customers.

Don’t download, don’t try the free trial period! I wanted to try it out but realised I wouldn’t really use it so I cancelled the subscription and deleted the app on the 8th of November last year. Turns out I have been getting charged since then. Two times €42,- ! I contacted their customer support team and attached proof of cancelling and proof of the billed amounts, they said unfortunately we can’t refund. According to them I have subscribed on the website and it is separate from the app, so if you cancel your subscription in the app store it doesn’t mean it’s cancelled. Now, I don’t recall ever visiting their website. It all feels very dodgy and like they rip off people. Please be careful with these “free trials”, they robbed me of €84,- and are not willing to refund. I’ll try to follow more steps to get my money back.

Ze geven aan dat ze na de proefperiode van een week een melding sturen dat het abonnement bijna afloopt, maar dat gebeurt niet. Daarnaast laten ze het abonnement niet precies na een week aflopen, maar al eerder op die dag. Hierdoor ben ik onverwacht €90 kwijtgeraakt. Ik ben hier erg ontevreden over.

Be cautious with the free trial they offer. It’s a trap. I was charged during the 14-day “free” trial period.

Ended my subscription. HQ in Israel and privacy statement allows to share data with government for security purposes, so it may be used to train facial recognition to kill Palestinians.

I think Facetune might be or used to be the best editing app. Realistic and nice but it seems the developers or owners have gone money hungry. First of all even the subscription that I buy has become too expensive it’s just and editing app I use sometimes it’s the same price as Netflix and the free options almost don’t exist. I loved this app but I won’t use it that much again

Eerst wat vragen beantwoorden, dan foto’s selecteren en er op het laatste moment achterkomen dat het alleen werkt met een abbonement! Dikke doei!

Wat je ook maar wilt gebruiken, kost geld. Des te langer deze app bestaat, des te meer functies geld kosten. Je kan het net zo goed niet downloaden, want je krijgt er toch niks voor.

Do NOT download this app. They made me pay 90 euros, without me wanting to subscribe.

Went from 7$ per month, to 12$ per month, now to 10$ PER WEEK!
That’s from 84$ to $520 per year!
Increased over 600%, absolutely shameful.

I had the free trail on the app they said its 7 days but apple prefer to € take the money on day 6…. So €90 euro do cost me this

Found out that despite canceling my subscription on my iPhone, I was still paying 22 euros per month. Felt like a scam to me.

The free version used to be so good! Only after some time and some updates you have to pay for the most basic features. Sad that it was so accessible but now it’s not. I’ll have to find another app.
