SwissBorg: Bitcoin, Crypto

• Nothing works, including customer service

  For years I had automatic DCA running. But, that no longer gives you the lowest price as they claim. On the contrary, they sold me Bitcoin at a price of around 150k USD!
  Switched to limit buys. They lock my FIAT, but the order doesn’t show up. Where is my money now?
  Customer service won’t give you any sensible response but only replies with copy/paste it seems.
  Avoid!

• Good app that makes things simple

  They support tokens from multiple exchanges and the UI is simple. They have fees but the spread is still better than some other apps.
  Deposit with EUR SEPA instant was fast, withdrawal was easy. Overall the app experience was nice.

• Goede hulp

  I made a transaction and my funds kept on pending. SwissBorg made sure that my funds were save. I felt protected. That was very important for me. I don’t do much with Crypto so that is sometimes scary. SwissBorg helpt me great and gave me trust that everything would be right. Thanks for that

• Love the thematics!

  Absolutely easy and reliable way of investing into crypto, especially if your new in the market.
  It’s like index funds that will reallocate periodically depending on what’s hot in the market.
  Invested in Best Blockchains and the Banter Bundle. Next week I will also be investing in the gaming bundle, I just now locked up some BORG tokens to be eligible for the monthly airdrop.

• Scammy behaviour still

  Ticket number:373364
  It’s absolutely sad that you resort to these types of behavior when there are issues. You said you will get back to me in 3 business days, but it’s now been over 4 weeks. You also say I can reach out to support for anything else yet when I do the ticket is simply closed and “merged” into the one you won’t respond to.
  All the bad reviews here show the same trend almost like it’s by design. Financial services is a trust business and you lot are bleeding it every minute.
  All I want is for you to unfreeze my account so I can make withdrawals. Or at least tell me why you have frozen it for this long? Communicate please?

  Its a pitty that the swissborg program Not aivailebe is in dutch language. I only dit find a germans language whyyy?

• Good app, but very expensive trading

  The app is pretty clear and easy to use. However really basic is easy, but not much finctionality.
  The reason for me to stop using this app, is that the fees are really really high in the basic account!

  Goedemiddag,
  In de ico status heb ik me aangemeld en ben ik een trouwe swissborger geworden. Helaas heb ik tot mijn spijt nog een verlies van 700 token geleden. Waar de tokens zijn? Dat weet ik niet. Heb al meerdere malen contact proberen op te zoeken maar helaas krijg ik geen gehoor/reactie.
  Ik hoop middels hier een post te plaatsen dat ik wat meer geluk heb.
  Verder is het een prima app en ik zou zeggen ga vooral hiermee door!
