SwiftScan takes the photo to quick. This results in a unsharp scan. I have this for some month now and I was hoping it would be fixed .

After scanning a document, the document keeps loading forever, never shows up before the app crashes. The app became useless like this.

It’s ridiculous how the developers made the app completely useless for paying customers that bought the app years ago. They “updated” the app to a subscription model and it now has become worthless to old users that BOUGHT the app. It’s ridiculous and I am surprised this is even legal.

Very often, but not always, the app scans the document two times. I had this problem a few year ago and it got fixed at some point. But now it’s back.
Hope it they can fix it again.

I bought the full version quite some time ago, before the app introduced subscription.
As far as I’m concerned that means I should be able to keep the functions I bought back then.
Since the last update they blocked me from using the search function, basically forcing me to buy the subscription, which I’m not planning to do.
So watch out when subscribing/getting invested into their app, they’ll probably force price hikes through your throat whenever they feel like.
Time to find something else.

I paid a massive Eur 25 a few years ago and now most features are locked under a monthly subscription. Stay away from these developers!

I bought the app back in the day when it was called Scanbot. After a few renames and switching to subscription-based, the app became worse with each update for me. I could still use the features for which I paid in the day, such as OCR, but that has been taken away now above seeing more ads. It has become too expensive to scan only a few times a year.

I bought the app a long time ago, and now I keep getting the annoying splash screen for a subscription!

Showing the free version in the App Store qualifies as click bait. The free version is so restricted and interruptions by adds so frequent that it’s useless.

Deze app werkt prima, maar ondanks dat ik reeds eerder betaald heb voor het gebruik van de app krijg na een update continue op nieuw de vraag of ik niet van de gratis versie naar een betaalde versie wil. Erg slecht / irritant

Its a good app. It was. Since a few months it advertises the subscription plan after each interaction.
I have no problem paying for apps, but these subscriptions are way too expensive

I've been a paying customer for years but there a bug was introduced a while back that causes my settings to be wiped every time I open the app (after I "restore purchase"). I contacted them about it and they ultimately had no solution to offer.
I was so frustrated I cancelled my subscription and deleted the app. 6 months later I gave it a second try again and the same bug is still there. So frustrated because other than that the app is great.
I just won't spend this amount of money on an app that forces me to go into settings and set everything again on a monthly basis. It's crazy.

Ik maak al jaren gebruik van de betaalde versie naar tevredenheid overigens, maar tegenwoordig kan ik de app niet openen zonder eerst een reclame voor een VIP versie van hun app weg te drukken. Super irritant. Haal het weg, ik wil het niet! De app is goed genoeg voor mij. Daarom maar twee sterren.

Please stop de in-app spam for the new version. I already paid for it a long time ago and I don’t need a subscription based version that does not add any value for me.

I tried to install this app after good reviews from frinds, but it won’t let me install and use it without subscribing to a VIP subscription that costs 18 euros A MONTH? Sorry but no thanks.

Absolutely ridiculous that the basic iCloud upload option is a paid feature. I get it maybe for the other Cloud options but iCloud as a basic feature to pay for is ridiculous. It worked with a trick turning it manually on every time the app opens, but that has been “fixed” I guess. Not paying for BASIC feature like that. Switching to another app!

Bought the app years ago. They now require me to pay 42€/year to be able to:
1.) Move documents to Google Drive, iCloud or other online service, and:
2.) Remove watermark.
That’s disgusting!
