Customer support doesn't really help you if you have an issue or feature request. I understand that they can not fix it, they should forward it to a team or a third party or whatever. However they probably doesn't represent the user well. I am using this for almost a year with yearly subscription. I can't say it's not helpful, but when it comes to a thing that is missing for me or you need a little feature in the app, you are not supported well. All of them are just kind people that you can talk about your issues, questions and requests. Your issues won't be resolved quickly and your requests won't be taken into consideration until lots of people request it.
