If you live in the Netherlands, you have to click on ‘uk and the rest of the world’, if you do this you should be able to order and pay.
After a while i wasn’t able to order anymore tho, so i started ordering from the website instead of the app and used paypal on there to pay, this works fine too.

When i try to make a account i have to select a country, im from the netherlands so i click that and i have to put my phone number but it keeps saying “uk +44” so when i put my (dutch) phone number it says its not valid..

if you can't select your country in the app, just shop on the site. I've ordered multiple times and ordered via their website (payed with PayPal) and it worked just fine.
