Gave been usingvthe app for Ages, still Works on iPad and laptop, but the one I used to use the most; the iPhone, hasn’t worked in ages, do hope this Will be fixed.......

As a professional cook, I loved saving my recipes in the app. The app is very convenient. Ever since I updated my iPhone with iOS 12.0, the app won’t open anymore. Now I use the website on my MacBook, but it would be great if I could use the app again when I’m not at home.

App crashes on iPhone 7 with iOS 11. I used to love this app and it holds all my favorite recipes. Please update as iOS 12 is coming soon.

Just started using this app and really like it. I like how clean the recipes look and how you can personalize them with a picture en notes. This way I have a quick way to write down my favorite recipes and ones that I try out, and can keep making notes on it very easily. Also, I can take it everywhere since it’s on my phone. That being said, I would like a feature where someone else can make a profile and they can see into someone elses recipes if they are accepted by that person. That would be great for sharing the recipes with people. Perhaps they could leave a comment if they like it. Not as a social media perse, but to share more easily with friends (I know you can email now, but this would make a great addition). Also, I would love an app for my Macbook as well, so I can pull it up easily there. Now I’m using the site a lot.

The app used to work perfectly. Recipies downloading via iPad of computer, making a shopping list, and when shopping using your iPhone to view the list and tick down the boxes, and when cooking using your iPad again as cook book.
However one very important step does not funtion anymore. Shopping with your iPhone as it crashes on the iPhone. It is so annoying to be in the shop wanting to view the list and discover that it crashes.
Hope it will be updated soon.

Not updated to work on iOS11. Understandably, it’s a free app, so we shouldn’t complain about it. I have to move all my content to another app now...

Echt super overzichtelijk. Recepten ook per categorie op te zoeken, plaatje erbij, goede planning... het heeft gwn alles.

Crashes on iPhone 7 running iOS 10. However it does work on iOS 9 (iPads). I hope this will change as I don't want to "lose" my recipes or have copy them over to a different app as soon as I upgrade my iPads. I use the iPads in the kitchen and (used to) keep my recipes with me on the road if I need to do the shopping.

Was a great app and really functional but doesn't open at all since the last update. Really frustrating.

Exactly what I was looking for, but very often crashes, even at start up. I hope this will be fixed soon!

would be a great app IF it supported metric units too. In Europe we don't use lb etc.

There's no use for this prodict as long as my dutch shopping ites and ingredients are nog recognised and categorised. Proper localisation is a must for this app to work outside US/ english speaking territories. First item I wanted to add to the list was 'bier'. For that to be properly categorised I would have to set it to 'beer' from 'beverages' manually. Cumbersome.

Deze app was echt exact wat ik nodig had. Je eigen recepten managen tussen iPhones, iPad en Macs. Shopping lists, categorieën, ingrediënten, etc.. Look and Feel is ook prima in orde. 5 sterren voor mij. Zelden zo tevreden over een app.

I like the way Pepperplate works. I use it mainly to create my own collection of recipes.
V2 added some things from my wishlist like the iPad shopping list.
Some features I'd like to see added/changed:
- Split the quatitty and ingredient fields so that a cup of sugar and tablespoon of sugar are actually the same ingredient, not 2 different ones
- Add up the ingredients for several recipes in one shopping list, all the sugars together, the flours
- For the above to work, you may need to standardize te quantities, and bthe app should convert tablespoons, cups etc. to grams, liters, ounces etc.
- Depending on the installed base, several people may actually be 'modelling' the same shop, assigning products to aisles etc. Let them share the constructed shops with name and address, so that users can search for shops' layouts, and don't have to repeat the work others have done.

The app looks really good, but the whole farce of making a recipe outside the app is just poorly thought trough. I want to be able to make recipe's inside the app.
