I bought a data top up package through the app and it didn’t show up, so naturally, I bought a second one because I was in urgent need of data. I nearly used up the second one and still saw no sign of the first one being topped up in my Lebara account, even though the money for both packages was debitted from my bank account. I called customer service and was informed that I used up BOTH packages? How could I possibly know that, or confirm that that was true when the only package that showed up was the second one, and the first one was sent to another dimension or anywhere else BUT my Lebara account. I asked the person who was on the call with me whether this could be a technical issue on the app, and they said there was no technical issue being reported, so I could’ve refreshed the app instead. My brother, how dumb do you think I am not to refresh the app a thousand times before I bought the second package? Anyways, they gave me 2GB for free (still can’t confirm if it’s truly free or not because God forbids both packages to show up on my Lebara account simultaneously). Guys, everything is the customer’s fault and never the app’s fault at all.
