Musicnotes: Sheet Music Reader

Voor vrij veel geld mag je een exemplaar van de muziekstuk kopen maar je kunt dit vervolgens niet op de iPad (waarvan ik al mijn bladmuziek speel) bekijken.
Je moet dan eerst nog meer betalen voor een PDF exemplaar.
Echt heel vreemd!

In interactive sheet music at MusicNotes, but it is not visible in SimplyPiano. I can’t find any faq regarding to this problem and the support bot doesn’t get the issue. Very frustrating.

Loading and modifying lists are since the last update very slow or even keep hanging.
Please look at this. Performance of this app -should- fly on this powerfull iPad pro!

Veel keuze in alle niveaus bladmuziek, prettig notenbalk maar wel erg duur. Ook niet heel gemakkelijk in andere toonsoort te zetten. Hele grote bibliotheek.

Oudere versie was beter. Nu moet je alles kopen voor te veel geld. Dan krijg je dus ook muziek waar je niks mee hebt.

For now it's my favorite sheet music app for my piano music on my iPad Pro.
You have to buy the music (seems logical to me ;)
Two remarks:
- [bug] Sometimes the Bluetooth pedal connection does not get picked up.
For example when you turn it of for some time or between mode switches.
Would be nice to have a separate button to force the connection. Now I have to restart this app to fix this.
- [improvement] Would be nice to have an new button which enables me to send my remarks to MusicNotes to report (minor) bugs in sheet music.

You have to buy the music (seems logical to me ;) Please fix this irritating Bluetooth pedal connecties loss for a five star rating.
Three remarks:
- [bug] When switching between apps or modes the Bluetooth pedal connection gets lost. Only way to fix is closing this app and restart.
- [bug] In markup mode only text (typed) notes work. Marker or iPencil do not work to add notes to your music sheets.
- [improvement] Would be nice to have an new button which enables me to send my remarks to MusicNotes to report (minor) bugs in sheet music.

Workaround is maximizing the sheet or closing the music sheet and open again.

Ziet er mooi uit, maar werkt heel erg traag. Zo traag dat ik hem live niet kan gebruiken. Gewoon niet bruikbaar. De oude versie werkt nog prima. Ik werk met een iPad air 2 uit 2014

I now also use music notes on my iPad for some time.

Workaround is closing the music sheet and open again.
- [bug] In annotation mode the Apple iPencil does not work only text notes.
- [bug] Sometimes hangs on first load of music sheet. Workaround is closing the app and restart (tap home key twice and swipe MusicNotes app from screen).

Deze app wordt gebruikt om bladmuziek (o.a. in pdf formaat) te lezen in combinatie met een PED voetpedaal. Het is even wennen aan het feit dat alle stukken in een database worden opgeslagen en achteraf in verschillende folders moeten worden geplaatst. Wel handig is dat opgeslagen stukken in een aparte setlist kunnen worden gezet, zodat het gewenste programma achter elkaar kan worden afgewerkt. Een nadeel is dat het relatief lang duurt voor een volgend stuk geladen is.

Both the internet site and the app are not working properly. Paid $5.50 for sheet music which cannot be used.

Leuk dat de app de gekochte partituren ook kan afspelen.
Jammer dat je ze niet kunt exporteren als musicxml of zo. Maar ja, je koopt ze ook "per print"...

It is a good working app. There could be a few improvements like setting the playback position. But to practice singing and playing along with the sheet music you bought this goes a long way.
