Ik dacht dat het volledig Nederlands was. Er komt veel Engels voor wat verwarrend is voor m’n zoon. Als ik wist dat de spellen zo laagdrempelig waren had ik dit niet gekocht. Verspilling van met geld

Please do not download nor suscribe to this app, they have charged me 80 euros in the allegedly 'trial period' i have cancelled the subscription and yet they are still withdrawing money from my account.
This is pure abuse!

Betaald voor 1 jaar, maar de app doet het niet. Hij zecht dat ik moet betalen terwijl ik dit al heb gedaan, meerdere keren mails gestuurd maar wordt niks mee gedaan en ze kunnen geen account vinden onder mijn e-mail.

For some reading filling in some information and trying to look what kind of app it is, made me subscribe. And because the app isn’t working I couldn’t cancel the subscription. Although I emailed the support team, I did not get a respond.
Now I am paying for nothing. And also they are not responding. This is a scam.

Ik wilde de app testen maar heb nu een abonnement voor een jaar. Wilde gratis proefperiode starten maar zo werkt het blijkbaar niet. Stom.

We have paid for the abonnement, but The app will not start. He is asking for paiment, but we did already. Now we couldnt het acces for the games :(

Not a happy customer. Upon using for the first time you have to go through too many steps and even subscribe to additional features before entering the app. Not choosing these additional options seemed impossible in order to continue. Then when wanting to unsubscribe directly, this is again extremely complicated and seems only possible via their support email instead of just one click to cancel.

Since I paid for this app in May I have not been able too use it. All I see is the subscription screen, even when my subscription is on already. Delete this fraud now

Zeer goed gemaakte app voor kleuterscholen. Prachtige illustarties en zoveel educatieve spellen

een van de beste apps voor mijn kinderen om de basis te leren. en ja, de app is meer tallig.

dol op deze app. ik heb deze app nu ongeveer een jaar op mijn telefoon. veel educatieve en leuke spelletjes voor mijn kinderen.

Het Nederlands is niet foutloos. Bijvoorbeeld: Vind uw kind het leuk? Vindt uw kind het leuk?
En zelfs bij een jaarabonnement zijn er vervelende popups: betaal meer! Geef geld! knipper, beweeg, geluidjes! Verschrikkelijk irritant.

Jammer. Je moet er een abonnement op nemen, maar niet alles is in het Nederlands beschikbaar. Meeste onderdelen bestaan uit Engels en Nederlands geschreven pagina’s. Waardeloos.

The app was working on the iPhone XR, we had a trial week. The trial was not finished and we cancel it with idea to bey one year subscription on iPad. Now we have downloaded the app on iPad 8( new iPad 2020). The app is not starting, we have white screen for 30 sec and then the iPad go’s to Home Screen, and the app stoped opening on the iPhone XR. We try to download from different apple account on the iPhone 11, the app opens ( userid 54059945), but on the iPad we get white screen again. iPad runs latest OS 14.2.
So now the app is not opening on iPhone XR( reinstalling doesn’t help) as on iPad 2020( from two different accounts downloaded ).
Is this an bug for iPad 8 and wil it be resolved, when ?
Really liked it on the iPhone, but wants it work on iPad !

Gelijk vast zitten aan een abonnement zonder de app ook maar gezien te hebben is belachelijk. Ik wil zien wat ik koop, niet op de gok geld uitgeven.

Mooie app, mooie graphics, mooie muziek. Het is heel gemakkelijk te gebruiken en mijn dochter is er dol op.
