MeerGing met de flixbus van Berlijn naar Hamburg, 1322 Flensburg om 17:00.
Hele boze & chagrijnig personeel. Zat je op te jassen en je moest zelf maar je 20kg koffer in het ruim op de anderen zien te krijgen.
Je stapt nog niet eens binnen en de bus rijdt al.
Een vrouw wou naar de wc en dat mocht niet, want ze “moest blijven zitten”, aldus de buschauffeur met de rare lijn in z’n achterhoofd. Wat een nare vent, hij heeft ieders humeur verpest. Ik geef het alleen 2 sterren omdat het een redelijk goedkope reisoptie is.
Maar oef, die chauffeur moet ik niet nog eens tegen komen. Ik hoop dat elke stap voor hem voelt alsof hij op een lego blokje stapt.2door Ger****14/08/2025Should let me know if delayed

MeerIt’s a hell to try to find the right platform, there is almost no finalisation and all they sent you is a pinpoint that is “close to the arrival point”. Bus is either late or leaves before the agreed time. The price might be good but is not worth the headache!

MeerThe app barely functions, I can’t even adjust departure date or cancel a part of my trip.
I had two buses after one another, but since I could use the train instead of my first bus (and wait 4+ hours at the station) I wanted to cancel my first bus. To do this I basically had to cancel my trip and book a new ticket. Cancelling my buses gave me a cancellation fee I had to pay and booking the new bus (half the original trip) then costed me even more. In total cancelling my first bus costed me 50 bucks. I would have been fine if I got no money back for my first bus but now it even costed me money.
Also; changing or adding things to the trip does not work, to add luggage I have to do the same thing, to change departure time I have to do the same thing.
I have spent way too much money on these weird workarounds to change my trip to a point I am now looking for alternatives.
Oh yeah, if you book a specific seat, goodluck, someone might be sleeping on your reserved seat and flixbus personnel will just tell you to take any other seat after which people will wake you up because you are sitting on their seat.1door Cod*******08/03/2025WORST COMPANY

2 times in one trip! From Netherlands to Brussels and back!
I arrived on time, the bus driver told me “this is not the bus, take the one after”
After he left I waited with my family, the I discovered that that was the bus!
I tried contacting the customer service WITH NO HELP at all! No following up, nothing! no refund even!
I had to book another ticket!
When coming back! I’ve been waiting for 25 mins, asking everyone, the bus driver, the leading person, they all told me just wait this is not the bus!
After that I asked again! They told me “ we cannot help you, you missed the bus”
In a very non professional bad non helpful way!
This is a scam company! no refunds! No help! No customer service that actually helps!

MeerSuper slechte app elke x wanneer ik een rit boek laat de service je betalen voor niks want de rit kan niet geboekt worden dit is nu al meer dan 5x gebeurt verschillende momenten onbetrouwbare app en dan moet je achter je geld aan gaan terwijl je juist net weg wil gaan ergens heen als ik -5 sterren kon geven had ik dat gedaan !

Meer4th of October 2024, I needed to travel to Atlanta airport and decided to do this with a greyhound bus. I was at the station 30 minutes before departure. I waited there for 45 minutes until I checked the app and saw that the drivers has just skipped the station. I payed $55 and now had to pay for an Uber to the airport costing $170. I called Greyhound and they told me to get in contact with their customer service. They told me THEY WILL NOT GIVE BACK MY MONEY. One cannot trust greyhound that it will stop at all the stations.

MeerHey! I unfortunately miss my bus because of the train problems. I was so frustrated that I gave one star to the app after talking to the agent when he told me there’s nothing he can do. Sorry! I know it’s not FlixBux nor the agent’s fault. Idk how to take back the 1star so I’m giving a 5-star here. Thank you!

MeerI went from France Paris to Portugal Lisbon seats where broken and they where full with insects I am not joking I am so disappointed it was disgusting I recommend no one to go true this hell

MeerIk was een fan maar de reis van Annecy naar Bern was vreselijk. Ze hebben tickets verkocht voor plekken die er niet meer waren waardoor mensen onze plekken namen. Dit kan je niet maken!
