The only positive thing i can say about eufy is that the products is the quality and design are decent. However the customer service and software of this app is beyond bad. Geofencing did work fine first few months, but lately my alarm goes off even while i am at home while other apps recognize i am still at home, so it is a bug at eufy. The range of the homebase is very short and max limit of products is pretty low (16). But adding a second homebase (advice from eufy) is also a waste of money. The homebases can not connect with each other, so if alarm goes off on 1 homebase, the other homebase will not go in alarm mode, same with other actions. I am considering to buy other security system.
