We have been using EasyPark since it merged with Parkline. We have a business account and the experience is absolutely terrible - there is a limit of two transactions per user in the app, one transaction via the browser. For a business account it’s totally inconvenient as we often need to have more transactions active, and the only way to manage it somehow is to log in into the account of a main user. Website is often crashing, many things there should be improved. After calling the helpline we were promised that a solution will be found, however, it took them almost three months and multiple reminders to send an AI-generated email as a reply.
