Crypto.com: Trade Every Market

The app is working, many tokens available. But if you have a problem and trying to get help, they are not doing anything. Also when only they can solve the account-problem. They are to big?

I’ve been using Crypto.com for about four years now and it’s very easy, trustworthy and fast starting out. Crypto then give crypto.com chance you won’t retrieve it

Recently they started to “investigate” one month later they still didn’t draw a conclusion and still hold on to my deposits, for the longest while I’ve used this platform must have traded half a million with them yet get treated like garbage and a criminal without any evidence of crime.

Been using this app for years now, but since last update they removed all account features. They refuse to show what you hold across the different items in one view and now require to open each holding individually

Never ever use the Apple App in the Apple Store, the platform “Crypto.com: Onchain Wallet” to transfer your crypto from Crypto.com to this SCAM platform.
The app “Crypto.com: Onchain Wallet” is corrupt and pure SCAM because you never get your money/USDC back. They only ask you to deposit extra (30%!) crypto, to get back your crypto, ETH-intrest and ETH-rewards. But Onchain Wallet Never released your crypto.

It seems the app Crypto.com: Onchain Wallet is part of Crypto.com - they almost use the same logo/icon and name as Crypto.com - but Crypto.com: Onchain Walket has nothing to do with Crypto.com !
Apple and Crypto.com immidiately should take action against and REMOVE the SCAM app “Crypto.com: Onchain Wallet” !

My account got locked for no reason nearly a month ago, contacted CS, and ever since they just keep telling me how sorry they are for my inconvenience and “we’re working on it”, with nothing to show for it.
They won’t tell me anything at all beyond that.
Even asking if they can rule out decades, years or months, the only reaction remains “we’re working my on it”. Absolutely ridiculous, worst CS experience I’ve had in my life.

Don't even start with this platform! Constantly researching and searching for something that doesn't exist, so it's a never-ending story. Funds are frozen on and off.

Any time I want to open the app I need to update it! I check the update notes here, and it’s the same thing copy and pasted for months!

You can deposit amounts as low as 20€, but you're only allowed to withdraw a minimum of 80€. So the scam here is obvious. Ultimately you'll be forced to purchase giftcards at extortionate fees to get your money out.

App works fine. But if you buy or sell crypto you pay way too much. No fees is a joke. When you buy the prices are higher then on other Exchanges. When you sell they are lower.
With staking, crypto keeps on pending. You can not cancel or withdraw. It just sits there losing money.
baskets only rebalance once a week. And can not include paxg.
When adding a bankaccount to withdraw money is hell. I still waiting And can not withdraw my cash.

You know i thought let me support crypto.com because i saw it on ufc etc etc, i send €96 to my exodus wallet and onluy recieved $66 because of the fees. Scammers! Guys please chose another btc wallet because these guys will ripp you off because of their fees, now im gonna close my account and never ever come back! Its not about the money but the effort now i have to deposit again somewere else, rippers i hope you rott in hell!

They are not trustworthy and they do not care about their customers. They have changed the details of our contract in the middle of our agreement without any warning. They deliberately take a longer time than needed to complete your registration and to process your transactions, and they are able to change your contract anytime they want.

There is no possible way to sell my coins and support doesn't help me bc I can't reach a real person.

Crypto.com used to be “Monaco”. They used customer money that was meant to buy the Monaco creditcard, to buy the Crypto name the buyers of the card never got their money back. These customers feel like the money was stolen from them.
Then there is their own Cronos token. The have done multiple inflationary actions like swapping the Monaco token (with a total amount of 31 Milion) token for Crypto tokens and then the Cronos tokens. But there were 31 million Monaco tokens and 100 billion Cronos tokens. So you’d expect an exchange rate of 3225. But the given rate was 67. Meaning about 98% of the money was stolen. Later there burned 70 billion tokens to fix this, but last March it was was proposed to “unburn” this. Which was accepted by the token holders (which was still mostly Crypto.com). Just look at their GitHub page.
So maybe their behavior is legal, but definitely immoral. So steer clear!

I met a guy on Tinder who pressured me to make a trade on this app. He was not genuine. DON’T DOWNLOAD THE APP, IT’S A FRAUD GUYS

Crypto.com makes it very easy to deposit funds — but nearly impossible to actually make money on the platform. They throw up technical barriers whenever the market moves in your favor. For example, when a coin surges, it suddenly becomes “unavailable” for trading, or features like their Supercharger become “temporarily inaccessible.” When you can finally sell, the price mysteriously drops without market explanation. Add to that the high service fees and shady mechanics, and this app feels more like a trap than a tool. Unrealistic, unreliable, and borderline scammy. Avoid.
