Balance: Meditation & Sleep

The Mind Company apps are amazing. The Balance meditation app is no exception. It has a clean and fresh UI, navigating the app is peanuts and the sessions are varied and can be customized to your preferences (duration, mood and the person that guides the meditation session). 10/10!

I love this application, it has everything you could need to ground, relax, unwind, destress etc.
The voice is calming and everyone can do these exercises, even kids.
It helped me heaps during my burnout and it’s now part of my everyday routine.
Also the ability to try it out for a long period of time before purchase is a big plus! I would recommend this app to anyone. It. Really. Works! ❤️

This is an amazing app. I despised meditating, but I love it with this app. With just 5 min. a day it uplifts my day, focuses or relaxes, shifts perspective. Highly recommended!

This fools dont even let u minimise the app with 1 hand to avoid ads when ur half asleep.

This app helped me learn to meditate, have been using meditation all the time ever since and come back to it when life is hard. Balance helps every time. To me there is nothing more helpful than this app.

Na een lange tijd van afwezigheid besloten om de betaalde versie aan te schaffen. Om het mediteren onder de knie te krijgen is de beste app.

I really love this app. It would be nice if it was also available for the Apple Watch, since you can use the speaker of the new watches for media playing.

Love this app, it's way cleaner (and way less buggy) than Headspace. Bought a lifetime membership after my free trial.
One of the things I use most are the sleepcasts. This is were Balance falls a little bit short compared to Headspace. I would love, love, LOVE to have more sleepcast options!

It’s a wonderful app! It allows you to use it anytime you want for free for a year! It helped me to survive the thesis days and I have had the life time subscription since then! Anyways! I’m looking forward to it becoming available on Apple Watch ⌚️

Insane and surprised how high the worth is for my mental health… would recommend it to anyone

hoewel de app tijd met plezier gebruikt, merk ik dat ik alleen bepaalde oefeningen graag willen herhalen zoals ademhalingsoefeningen. Die helpen mij ontspannen. Maar nu zit ik vast in patronen die me onvoldoende brengen. zoals body scan. Daarom heb ik mijn abonnement niet verlengd.

I really like this app. The fact that their goal is to make mental health available for everyone is beautiful. I love the different types of meditations that you can choose, , all the themes, singles or plans that are like short coarses. The difference in duration is also great, although I wish some of the shorter ones have a longer 10-20 minute option as well. However, about 6 months in, I feel that I crave a bit more variety. Not sure wether I will subscribe because I start to feel like I have ‘finished’ the app, have gotten everything out of it already. Would love to know it they plan on adding new meditation

Klikte via advertentie op Instagram tegen, 1e jaar gratis. Maar moest toch abbonement kiezen, ik dacht zal volgend jaar dan wel ingaan. Niet dus. Nu ben ik 12,99 (1maand) kwijt?! Heel erg misleidend. Mag ik mijn geld terug?

5/5! I never meditated before and didn’t really understand what the fuss was about and it used to sound airy-fairy. But I’ve been using this app for about 1,5 years now I’m using it literally every dat to fall asleep and also when I’m feeling tense et cetera. Such a life changer! And it’s literally based on science.

This is by far the best meditation app I’ve ever used - and I tried a few. You are taught to build up core meditation skills gradually with well designed programmes (e.g. foundations and advanced plans). What makes it different is also its user-centricity with some degree of personalization compared to other mainstream meditation apps. No ads, free first year. That’s a perfect for me! It was fine for a while but I’m caught with the profile. When I started 20 months ago I had different goals then I would like to work on now. So basically I’m done with the app now.
On an other device I started new and had possibility to select cope with adhd. But on my phone with paid subscription I can’t. It’s nowhere in the menus. So maybe just cancel renewal and start all over again.

Blijkbaar was ik te laat maar deze app kost me minimaal 75$ per jaar. Er zijn alternatieven. Met je instareclame..
