Asos is enorm afgezakt: ze hebben GEEN klantenservice (alleen een AI chatbot) en ze maken nu ook gebruik van model foto’s gemaakt door AI. Dit is geen ethische app/bedrijf

When I use paying via IDEAL, the app is asking me to via paypal. That’s why I cancelled my order a few times, and I lost my 20% discount. Since my shopping cart was about 500 euro, I didn’t want to lose the 20% discount. In my last attempt, I decided to not cancel the paypal request. Surprise! It directed me to Ideal payment.
It’s been long time I was not doing online cloth shopping. I finally remembered why I stopped using these platforms. I hope their customer service is better than their app and website

Love asos! Very versatile collection. The app is very easy to use and with my student discount shopping is even better. Also many petite items for us tiny women ;) If only there was a petite collection for knee boots also, because they’re always too high up for my short legs.

Had to contact customer service 3 times to get my simple order fixed. What should have been frictionless was a 4 hour process from start to finish.

i had a problem with payment, nobody wanted to help. not the first time. think about ordering from this place before something wrong happens with your order. because if there’s something wrong, they won’t do anything about it

Kortingscode gebruiken en dan betaling stoppen, vervolgens is code niet meer te gebruiken. Was mijn eerste poging om hier te bestellen maar ook de laatste . Wat een farce

I speak English living in the Netherlands! Why isn’t there English version for the app and website?

ASOS is zit in mijn top 5 favoriete online shops. Mooi aanbod, goede prijzen, goede kwaliteit!

Na een bepaald aantal spullen te retouren, moet je een gedeelte betalen. Voor de rest fijne app

Mooi is dat, op de site staat 20 procent korting als je de app installeert. Dan doe ik dat staat er je krijgt geen korting want dat is alleen voor nieuwe klanten…maar dat stond er niet bij! Misleidend dus.

I can’t change the language if I’m set to a specific region, making me search for clothing and items in the local language that I don’t speak it’s been like this for over 3 years

ASOS is still my favorite app for shopping for clothes. The selection is huge, the app is easy to use, and my returns have always gone smoothly. However, there are far too many complaints about poor customer service online, and ASOS really needs to improve this.

Ze lokken je met korting op je eerste bestelling. Daarna faalt de app en claimen ze dat je code al gebruikt is…. Onoverzichtelijke app. Nooit meer

Heb vaak de verkeerde bestelling ontvangen of niet afgeleverd terwijl ik asos premium heb goede klantenservice maar duurt allemaal wel langer

Good collection of clothes, but had to redo my order three times because payment didn’t work, in the end bank account also shows payment has been made twice.
