A few weeks ago I ordered two packages (especially for my beach holiday) worth €120. These packages never arrived, my holiday is over and I’m unable to get a refund even though they never came. It’s hard getting in contact with the company and I am more than slightly annoyed by this.

Very satisfied with their products and service. Their customer service is always very helpful and quick to respond if anything goes wrong with an order.

My shopping experience on Zaful has been good so far. They deliver my packages on time, and there are no problems with payments. I also think Zaful is a fun, young brand, there is something for everyone! They are also more interactive than other shopping sites/appa, which is awesome. I am looking forward to seeing more from them in terms of exciting deals and the new exciting pieces I see here and there.

I'm very satisfied with the service Zaful provided me with. One of the items I ordered didn't fit, and when I contacted them they did an amazing job helping me find a solution. Definitely recommend!

I never received my order and in the app it says “returned back to customer”. I also didn’t get my money back.
I tried to contact them but you only get automatic responce so you can’t really ask anything. They also say that i have to contact my local post office but they never told me to whitch office it went so i cant contact 6 different post offices without knowing any information.
I would not recommend Zaful to anyone. Because of the bad customer service and because my order never arrived!

I orders pieces which were totaling to 60 euros
Now I missed my package and DHL said it was returned to the shipper
Upon contacting them, they gave me an option of paying 8 dollars for it to be reshipped (saying it’s the carrier dat asked for that amount)
I was given 15 working days to receive it,
Upon contacted them for the tracking ,they kept playing hide and seek until they said that package was destroyed by the carrier without their knowledge and couldn’t refund
I asked how could the carrier destroy a package they had information and payment of reshipment
At the end of it all ,they only refunded 35 euros out of the 60 euros and didn’t even pay back the 8 dollars I had paid for reshipment

Ik moest zonder waarschuwing 40€ invoerrechten betalen toen de pakketjes bij de Primera zijn afgeleverd.

I really like the kind of clothing they offer in this app it’s really different from all the other clothing apps and I like that there are so many low prices and they have everything you want you can get fairly easily coupons and the shipping is also very fast because of that five stars

Everything is so cheap! I had a couple of bikini’s, i didnt know wich size i had to take because my top is a small and bottoms are a size medium... that was the only thing. Love the app!

Prices are low, there are plenty of discounts, items are true to their size labels, quality is sometimes really good yet sometimes it just matches the low price... which I guess is reasonable. Clothes are relatively trendy. Please note that it is a hassle to return items.
