Body composition results are completely off. They show inadequate figures and the support team isn’t actually helping. They are asking stupid questions and run you through circulars! Never buy it - you’ll throw your money away!

it could have been a much more useful device had its deveopers made different choices. The number of heart-measurements which indicate that you are dead, or soon will be are such that it cannot be taken seriously. The pace-counter might also be called "lifting the glass" counter, or masturbation counter as that is what it also counts. 2 stars for the time and ecg: those are excellent, 1 for style.

All the upgrades only led to more crashes, now nearly everytime after syncing withe scale. Reinstalling did not help.

Often the scale gets out of sync. Them you have reconnect it again.
Next issue is assignment to a wrong profile. Even the if the profiles are different +-5kg the scale will use the wrong person. No switch button on the scale to overwrite this misbehavior.

Establish and maintaining sync with Apple Health isn’t easy too. Often syncing is stopped and re-enabling it requires a lot of work in menu or reinstalling the app.

De synchronisatie is buitengewoon slecht sinds de laatste update. Het makt de overigens goede app waardeloos, incl de bijbehorende apparaten.

Every day it’s the question what unit my smart body analyser is on. For years it was just on my preference: kg. Now often it’s on lbs or pounds. It changes almost daily.

I have a recent and up to date iPhone. The app either freezes upon starting or shows the migration data screen, waiting for it to go does not help. It never seems to complete data migration. Happens to me 9 out of 10 time I start the app. Has been an issue for more than a year and persists update after update. If you still can, buy a scale that uses another app.

I now have to go into the Withings app and pull to refresh to get my data to Apple Health

I have from withings a scan watch2, a blood pressure monitor, a thermometer and used to have a sleep monitor. And my wife has about the same set.
Today my app stopped working again, it opens and disappears. And rebooting my iPhone does not help.
It happened before and the only option is to remove the app, reinstall it and restart from scratch. And that not only the app but also my watch and probably the rest too.
A big nuisance because all history is lost.
There should be a way to be able to make a backup.

I am very disappointed with this Withings scale. Every time I weigh myself, the scale fails to recognize my profile and records the measurement as a “Guest” weigh-in instead. Because of this, I cannot access any of the body composition features such as body fat percentage, water percentage, muscle mass, or bone mass.
I use an iPhone 16 and have the latest version of the app installed, but the issue persists. I have tried multiple weigh-ins and the scale still does not reliably identify me as the correct user.
The main reason I purchased this scale was for its advanced body composition metrics, but these features are essentially unusable when measurements are not assigned to my profile. For a premium product, I expected a much more reliable user recognition system.
Unfortunately, this has been a frustrating experience and significantly reduces the value of the scale.

Heb mooie weegschaal en werkte altijd heel goed maar nu nieuwe telefoon app geupdate app doet het niet meer en kan de weegschaal dus niet meer koppelen aan me healtmate erg jammer voor zoon dure weegschaal

Gebruik deze app al een tijdje en ik haal er precies uit wat ik nodig heb om mijn gezondheid te monitoren én te verbeteren.
Enig puntje, functionaliteit mbt het delen van rapporten mag verbeterd worden. Met name selectie van data welke gedeeld kan worden met de huisarts en het koppelen van data aan medische dossiers zoals “Medgemak”. Wel zo handig!

It’s really a great application and I like to use it with my Scan watch, which I by the way we like. However, I miss the most for cross trainer what I use a lot. And secondly, most importantly. It’s really impossible to communicate with them to the customer service. Everything is hided by chatagents and so on and it’s impossible to gife feedback like a user to developers and they really a missed opportunity. Because I like your ecosystem, but giving the lack of way of communicating with them that is really a bummer. Therefore 4 starts not 5

Since updating I don’t get updates from my body+ scale. Luckily, the old notepad and pencil still works.

Lovely, just lovely. There was nothing wrong with the app but it nagged me to update. After updating a white screen with Withings on it and then nothing.

Deze app is na de laatste update zo goed als niet meer te gebruiken. Is tegenwoordig handiger als ik het gewicht weer meteen op een notiebriefje schrijf als ik op de weeggschaal sta.
Ik bgebruik de weegschaal en de app nu ongeveer 5 jaar.
Als ik nu de grafiek van de laatste maand wil zien moet ik eerst door die vijf jaar heen swipen, voordat ik dat kan zien.
Denk dat de afd development eens naar hun testbeleid moeten kijken.
