Udemy Online Video Courses

I can only a small amount of my courses in the app, I need to go to the website to see them all. In the past I could see them all.

The iPad version of this app is 100% disconnected to desktop version. The progress is not synced and you cannot speed videos. Navigation is clumsy and inconsistent. The worst!

All you need to learn. I’m only missing the contact with the instructor in the app. Or am I missing something?

Videos don’t load half of the time. Even when the videos are downloaded.
Btw most videos are also available on YouTube.

I take a lot of courses in Udemy and they are really great. But lately, the app keeps in crashing every 10 minutes of so. Is this a known issue?

Used to be a slow but okay app, now it just crashes all the time. Can’t load content, sometimes can’t login, super slow, won’t show content on Apple TV

It won’t stop people from stealing courses if they want to, it just upsets those of us who want legit watch on a larger screen. Last course I buy from Udemy

When I’m listening music on Spotify I can’t listen to the videos with Spotify playing in the background. When I’m playing games such as brawl-stars, I can listen to both game music and my own.
People say listening to music improves study. Please fix…
(Yes I can listen to both at the same time… it improves my focus and replaces background sounds)

I had been using Udemy for quite some time, and it was very helpful to me. However, recently, they deactivated my account without any explanation. When I inquired about the reason for the deactivation, they informed me that my account had been deactivated because they think I live in a country that is on their restricted list, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Crimea, and... They accused me of violating their terms and conditions and refused to reactivate or refund my money.
As I don't live in any of those countries, I asked them to provide evidence to support their claims; they simply said that there could be many reasons for deactivating my account, but they could not disclose them.
Too Much Law, Too Little Justice!

Did you guys learn how to write software from the courses on your own site?
Who thought it was a good idea to send the same temporary code during two different logins in two different browsers and then block the user while they trying enter the same code you just send them?!

The app occasionally has payment issues and charges e.g. a course double. Udemy is not very willing to resolve this after cashing in and tends to blame Apple or a bank instead.

After multiple reinstalls the app seems to keep crashing. I can’t get it to work in any way.

They decided to suspend my account, The support doesn’t seem to understand what I’m saying, looks like I’m getting response from stupid AI or something.
They keep telling me they supposed my account because I’m from restricted countries even though I mentioned many time I’m living in Netherlands and I’m not in restricted country.
I lost access to my account after I paid a lot of Money to buy many courses.
I’m not getting the service I paid for.

I pay for my courses. I buy a lot of courses. Udemy is great and I love most courses…, but why do you make making notes that hard?! This is so annoying.

Be careful,look a the endless complaints on their twitter already. They don’t even care, people are complaining of scams and fraud!
Udemy Scammed me by taking payment for the first course while not allowing me to create account to access the course.
When i managed to create an account, the course was not there ofcourse.
I proceeded to buy it again, ok now it works, but i still paid 2 times for 1 course.
I gifted a 3rd course to my friend, she can not sign up to access it either.
Their website only refers to faq’s, there is no support to be found!

Via Safari kan ik makkelijk mijn tientallen cursussen vinden. Maar niet via deze app. Druk ik op de knop "Mijn leerstof", dan verwacht ik bij mijn eigen, betaalde leerstof te komen. Maar nee, ik kom gewoon bij de lijsten met duizenden cursussen. Keer op keer, steeds weer. Met geen mogelijkheid kan ik ergens een lijst met MIJN cursussen vinden. Dat maakt de app voor mij totaal waardeloos. Ik wil geen aanbiedingen voor ontelbare nieuwe cursussen zien, maar mijn eigen lessen!

I used to follow my courses on my Apple TV, but somehow that app got discontinued. Why is that? I bought many courses, but none since the Apple TV app doesn't work anymore..
Yes, I could stream from my iPad, but then I can't take any notes.
So please reinstate the Apple TV app!

When I launch the app there is no content to be seen on any page and when i try to search for the course i am following the progress is not synced with the website
