Tuya devices work fine, but API access has been blocked, making it impossible to connect with other smart home systems (like Homey). A shame, since this makes the app unnecessarily closed off for anyone who wants to combine their devices in one ecosystem.

Everytime someone rings our bell I try to immediately answer the doorbell trough the app. However, it always fails to load or the app doesn’t connect at all at that moment. So I always miss people ringing the bell because of the lacking app. The delivery guy is long gone when I finally have connection. Terrible.

I dont like this apps interface at all. We want to see the watt.. on the front page right away. Vesych app is way better. No full dark mode aswell in 2026 needs a full redesign

Marketing reclame in a app for using bought items? Very irritating and unprofessional

my air cleaner works great but the green light is very bright. So I turn it off... BUT since it's on a programmed 12 hr cycle (on at 8PM amd off at 8AM) the light will go on again at 8PM when the aircleaner starts again. The light on/off status should be persistent!

Het is dat je het weerstation alleen met deze app kunt configureren, daar heb je hem alleen voor nodig. Rest is prut.

Used to be a good app, but nowadays loaded with intrusive advertisements. Full overlay over your camera screen, not what you want to see when checking on your babymonitor.

Opeens is er elke keer dat je naar je kind wil kijken op via de app reclame te zien! Ongelofelijk en zo raar. Ik heb toch betaald, hoe durven jullie reclame te laten zie. En dan ook nog 6 seconden voordat je kan kijken! Asociaal. Ik ga jullie nooit meer aanraden

This is the replacement for the Netmostat app for controlling thermostats. It does not work. Shame on Netmostat for leaving its app users out in the cold. No warning that the app will expire / be replaced by tuya. Warning: this app collects an awful lot of personal data. I would not recommend this.

It hasn't gotten any better; after the latest update, it automatically returns to the home screen. Very annoying, as you now have to repeatedly open the device screen to control it. It's especially annoying if you use the Tuya app as a TV remote, check your email, and then go back to the Tuya app, only to have it return to the home screen and open the remote again to continue. Hopefully, it will be back to normal with the next update.

Constantly loosing my smart leds, new version of the app doesn’t show most of my 50+ smart leds. Cheap solution cheap solution cheap results…

Constantly losing connection between device and app, I have to reconnect the device several times a day.
Please fix that.

Every so often the lamps start to blink, forcing the app to open. Always annoying. And if by accident you have logged out and of course forgot the password etc you can’t stop the rapid blinking.

Het leek een prima aankoop installeren ging redelijk. Toch 15 minuten werk vind al te lang . Na vier maanden batterij vervangen,toen begonnen de Allende nooit ik dacht hem zo weer verbinding met de temperatuur/ vochtopnemer na 10 keer proberen in 2 weken . Heb ik besloten deze Chinees trop weg te gooien . Ik ga alleen maar bij Chinees eten te houden . Jammer genoeg zit bij mijn warmte pomp ook deze trop . Die werk nog maar hoe vaak mijn instelling weg zijn.

I have an automatic cat litter that was connected with this app. I have to pay to get notofications that the cat litter is full? Really unhandy.

Het gebruik van de app is zeer complex en na verloop van tijd werken de functies niet meer.

Meest waardeloze app ooit. Logica om tijdschema’s in te stellen volledig idioot bedacht. Wat een armoe. Weg met dit soort bedenksels van drinken ICT-ers

Slechte app, lampen ingesteld om aan te gaan om 16:30 uur en gaan steeds uit en weer aan!
