stop giving out updates that break the site and kill any joy the users get from it. this latest feature is the last thread for me. if jt doesnt get fixed, im gone

This update makes tumblr unusable for the vast majority of users (creatives) by making each reblog its own chain, not notifying OP of any activity on reblogs. This kills all interactivity and invites abuse from people spreading misinformation in reblogs. No one asked for this change, no one wants this.

They have implemented a new approach to posting that entirely destroys the ecosystem of this website/app. This entire idea of unlinking the reblog chain is ludicrous and I sincerely hope they work to reverse this mistake as soon as possible.

Fav app awesome fanfic, memes, amazing fanart, recs, etc in one app. I do not yet have a complaint.

Het is een uitdaging om mijn creatieve uitingen dusdanig te beperken zodat de preutse amerikaanse regelgeving geen aanstoot neemt. Schoonheid bestaat overal. In gebouwen,auto’s, muziek en ook mensen. Leuj Ke uitdaging dus.

Tumblr is a genuinely fun and creative app. The feed is clean, the communities are lively, and reblogging feels effortless. It handles images and GIFs beautifully, and the whole experience is refreshingly relaxed compared to other social platforms. A great place to explore, share, and enjoy creative content.

One of the last remaining good social media platforms for my poor, shipper heart!

Unlike tiktok, or twitter (now known as X, sadly) they know their fanbase.
Their ads aren’t even annoying they’re funny and involved with the social statuses.

The ads however are a bit annoying. There is a paid service without ads but it is quite expensive.

I really like this app! The only thing I’m asking for is the possibility of searching trough you liked posts more easily. Maybe tumblr can add a search bar in there?

Comfortable to use, doesn’t really have algorithm and great place to meet fellow fans.
