Trip.com: Vluchten,Hotel,Trein

Comparing to the booking.com, this one always offers a better price. And its trip coins system is also very useful. You can book flights and hotels and even attractions tickets. I am very satisfied with its experience.

When I'am looking at a hotel I always come in a look. I'am directed form the pictures to the hotel and back but never come out of this loop anymore. This is very annoying.

Currently in china and it’s a no brainer to use for booking all kinds of tourist stuff, from hotels to SIM cards to attractions. Pricing are very competitive. Also had a good list of what to do and you can also immediately get tickets. Will most likely to use it more in different countries.

No star for this terrible organisation ! Customer services suck, and non-existent !

Helaas na vele wachtwoorden toegestuurd gekregen te hebben onmogelijk om in te loggen. Moet toch anders kunnen in deze tijd.

I use Trip.com for flights, train, hotel and airport transfers and it works fast and reliable and get what I need

Snel geregeld, volgens mij is er een goed annuleringsbeleid, waardoor ik alsnog wss geld terug krijg! :)

The app and the pop-ups make it a very confusing experience. It’s like the Las Vegas version of a travel app: distractions galore and pop-up anti pattern diversions hoping to make a score. The website is fine, but the app experience makes me want to to run.

Booking and taking your money is super easy with trip.com the problems arise once you have a question or need support as you get trapped in endless cycles of discussion with an AI chatbot that’s restricted by code and scripts that is about as useful as a waterproof teabag. It’s impossible to speak to an actual human being who can help, you end up explaining the same issue over and her only to told by a pre-determined script how sorry they are for the inconvenience and that “someone” will he back to you. Their loyalty perks are also trash as once you spend enough of you hard earned money and reach a threshold to activate I.e the VIP airport lounge access it’s not available to book so guess what? Yep, you guessed it, it’s back to Clive the chatty chatbot to go through pointless support discussions to no avail. We also got ripped off by trip.com and China southern airlines. Booked a flight in advance and paid €195. On the day of departure the flight was only €115 last minute and if we tried to amend our flight they would only charge a modification fee and no difference on price would be refunded. Scammers

Trip.com is een zeer gebruiksvriendelijke app die reizen plannen een stuk makkelijker maakt. De interface is duidelijk, intuïtief en snel, en het boeken van vluchten, hotels en treintickets verloopt telkens soepel. Ook de meldingen over wijzigingen en updates zijn handig en overzichtelijk.
Een mogelijke verbetering zou zijn om satellietkaarten te kunnen gebruiken in plaats van of naast de standaardkaarten. Dat zou vooral handig zijn bij het zoeken naar accommodaties, omdat je zo een beter beeld krijgt van de omgeving en exacte locatie.

I’ve been using this app while travelling in China for a month and is in 1 word “amazing”. I’ve used it to book my hotels, my train tickets and a electronic sim with data all for very reasonable prices. Furthermore, reviews/blogs from other travelers have been very useful regarding tips and finding hidden gems within the locations that I’ve visited. This is going to be my default booking app for further travels!

Ik gebruikte Trip als 'moetje' om het eea te boeken ik China. Blijkt het een geweldig platform te zijn voor alles wat met reizen te maken heeft. Over het algemeen duidelijke uitleg, prijsaanduiding, maar vooral proactieve service en bereikbaarheid. Echt top!

Bookings created with other email do not stay in your booking. Which is total rubbish as you need to keep going back to the email etc. Why can’t the app just remember it?

Upon selecting “Organize by lowest/highest price including taxes”, the taxes are never included. Annoying
