Tempo Advance - Metronoom

The interface is probably one of the best I've seen for metronome apps. This app would have been wonderful if it could keep a steady beat, which it can't. Waist of my money.

Deze app is gewoon geweldig. Altijd het juiste tempo tijdens een optreden. Dat is een must zeker voor een drummer.
Daarnaast werkt alles ook nog eens lekker gemakkelijk, en sets zijn gemakkelijk samengesteld of aangepast. Super. Kopen!

After installing and trying out i found that the programm is not as stabile as they promise. Push the home button on my iPod touch and the ap hanged for a split second and when it continued the rythm was out of sync. Same with the reopening of the programm. So if you use this as aid to drum in a track that you want to sync later on. Keep the programm open. Also this program works not really well on your intuition. If you programmed a complex beat you will have to build it up out of different patterns and if you want to change the speed you will have to modify and save the speed in all seperate patterns. It works but it could be much better. If you want to programm as example a 6/6th with different pattern in the 2nd and 4th and 6th you will have to save 4 different tracks as 1/6th and then copy and slide them in place. Then play it as playlist. Not handy! Not worth the money if you expect something that you can use professionally.

Deze metronoom is geweldig. Met name omdat verschillende ritmes achter elkaar kunnen worden ingevoegd. Daarbij een stem die meetelt is ontzettend effectief bij het instuderen van lastige ritmes. Helaas zijn -nog?- niet alle moderne ritmes in te voeren, 11/20?, maar die mogelijkheid zit hoop ik binnenkort bij een upgrade. Waar vind je zo'n geweldige metronoom voor dat geld?

I'm very pleased by the product, the main reason for buying the app is the fact that It facillitates a whole setlist and one can name the speed of the track as the songtitle.
Also It 's diversity in speeds and time- frames all sorts of odd-timing you can program.

This is a very good app to keep track of improving on songs and excercises. I love the idea of setlists and songs. The feature I was looking for is a gradual increase in tempo over time while practicing. This app can be programmed to do that by X BPM after X measures. It works, but I would also love to see increases in percentage of previous BPM in steps or even linear. Maybe something for the future. What I'm missing is an X beats count in. These are my thoughts.
Nonetheless a very nice app. I'll use it in my daily routine.
