MeerAfter the last update there’s no way to be able to use the app anymore. After the start the screen turns white and stays white. Turning the iPhone or iPad off and on again, closing the app completely won’t work. I’m not paying €60 every three months for an app that’s not working. Please fix this.

MeerSkoove haalt geld van je rekening terwijl je je abonnement (op tijd) hebt opgezegd. De prijs is ook ineens mega omhoog gegaan terwijl ze me daar niet over hebben geinformeerd. Als je de reviews op trust pilot leest, weet je genoeg. Ik ben niet de enige die problemen heeft met Skoove.

MeerI just downloaded the app and I’ve got tons off good songs. I can learn now I can play the song à la Turca from Mozart, but I wanted to learn again, but I wanted to get into the app, but it didn’t work then. Yes I can’t.

MeerThe sound of this app is bugged when its time to practise to play in time to volume goes up all the way and i cannot lower it until i restart the app

MeerShould get a three month trial with my Roland piano. Cannot get it to work. Only 7 days trial possilble. You cannot practice with headphone as the app won’t know what you are playing! I expected this to work with Bluetooth?

MeerGot a coupon for free trial but no option to use it anywhere. When you exit the first lesson you only get a blank screen.

MeerYet again an app with an automatic subscription model which is outside apples subscription service. You know they renew when your creditcard gets charged. Apple should forbid these outside tracks. After reporting Skoove repaired this and refunded the amount.

MeerThe app has a nice interface and works good, but since some time the key recognition has become very buggy, which very much disturbs the learning process. Please fix this, or the app will become almost useless the more difficult the songs will get.

MeerThe application is not worthy anymore after the latest update on the end of January.
Bluetooth connection is bad and the songs are not synchronised anymore.
Customer service from skoove is only answering the same. Thank you for the feedback and no solutions until now!

MeerI tried different keyboards but the fact That it only has a hear option is awfull. It doesnt work. The part where i van connect my midi keyboard is great, but why not everywhere

MeerA three month free subscription was included with the Roland keyboard I bought. So I installed it to check it out. I didn’t find it very useful and buggy. So I forgot about it and moved on until I suddenly discovered a €39,99 payment on my credit card which is a three month subscription! Of course this isn’t a subscription that can be managed through the app store like other subscriptions. In fact the app store doesn’t even list a price for this app. So I had to first cancel the subscription through the Skoove website and than I had to reach out to their support for a refund.
The support staff was dismissive and claimed I had received a payment reminder which I didn’t. Incredibly he even tried to sell me on the subscription again.
When I told them that I insisted on a refund my emails went unanswered.
My advice is stay away from this or any type of trial with an automatic subscription software. They are mostly over priced money making schemes.
As for the quality of the software and teaching method: It crashes easily on my iPad and when it works it tends to be out of sync with the keyboard through bluetooth so it regularly thinks you missed a note when you didn’t. Specially the first note of a score. The method doesn’t really teach you notes or techniques but tries to teach a some simple melodies. MeerI got a popup to try it out. I tried a few songs but this app is not for me. So one hour later I removed it from Apple Store using apple ID. But now somehow they charged the year abonnement?!? And I can’t cancel. If really upset.

MeerGreat tool, works well. Would like if more songs were available. Also if there were more tiered learning for the complex songs. E.g learn to play a simplified version of a song, then slowly increase the additional keys etc.

MeerApp was working fine in combination with a Samson Graphite 49 until a recent update screwed up things. I have to reconnect after each lesson. Support from developers is basically non existent. Unless you call response times of over a week support.
