So disappointed, you basically stole all my purchases and you wanna to control our digital copies. I’m not agree

Extremely anti consumer behavior and monopoly behavior by sony for removing disc support.

For some reason, I can only see 2 games I played 1 year ago in my “recently played” and the games I actually played recently are nowhere. I can’t even see all my games in my library, only the 2 games I played 1 year ago.
The app used to work but now it’s just showing 2 games I once played, everywhere. My other games are nowhere to be seen, as I said before.
My PS5 works perfectly and has no issues but this app all of a sudden has this very annoying glitch.

Sinds deze week een probleem met de app. Bij recent gespeeld laat hij alleen oude games zien.

Its a good app, but since last update my recent played games doesnt show up in the app and says you didnt play any games yet

Het is ongelofelijk, ze zijn weer duurder geworden met hun ps plus abonnementen. Als je nog geen playstation hebt denk alsjeblieft na over een andere console want dit is pure oplichterij

My friends are on PS5 so i want to call them but i have only this choice but i can't use it on PC its only for phone and i can't even see their clips

just for a few times a year. we need a basic subscription for ONLY playing online (beside my PAID internet connection)
everything else: perfect

Ps heeft een nieuw functie waarmee je een passkey nodig hebt om mee in te loggen maar dat is zo kkr waardeloos ik zit als 30 te kkren met het inloggen.

Sinds enige tijd crasht de app geregeld als ik door de games in de winkel blader. Hij crasht niet gelijk, pas na een poosje. Fiks dit aub!

Please add Game release calendar.
And when you pre ordered game, please add a timer in app when the game unlocks.

Payments often don’t process well. Your purchase gets cancelled while money is deducted from your bank account. They do refund by themselves but it takes a week. Annoying.

Please add this in your app too, on PS5 there is follow game list too, but it has no connection to game hubs/pages. Not very useful. So please add this too and thank you. We have to see a game first before we unfollow it.
Why? I just found out I followed too many scam games from scam game publishers. There were too many simulators,and more… scam game publishers dumped too many scam games on Playstation Store. Now I have seen a list of scam game publishers… now I want to clean up my follow list.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT REQUEST.

Als je ondersteuning nodig hebt, is er geen doorkomen aan. App is er op ingericht om je GEEN ondersteuning te geven. Klantservice van Playstation is niet aanwezig.

Useful overall, though it has some of the worst UX choices I’ve seen in a mobile app.

When I join my friends’ party I can only hear the friends that are on ps5. The ones that are also in the party through their phone, I can’t hear them. It always says: ‘Reconnecting’

Waarom kan ik mijn downloads niet direct volgen op de app als mijn PlayStation is gekoppeld? Het zou veel beter zijn als dit mogelijk was, zelfs in de rustmodus. Ook vind ik het frustrerend dat ik mijn voortgang niet kan volgen. Ik ben dol op PlayStation; de console-ervaring is fantastisch, maar de app moet echt verbeterd worden. Het zou fijn zijn als de app dezelfde informatie toont als de PlayStation zelf. Bovendien is het PS Stars-gedeelte op mijn profiel erg klein. Een herziening van het loyaliteitsprogramma en een update van het ontwerp zouden welkom zijn, aangezien ik veel verzamelobjecten heb en graag weer een moderner systeem zou zien.

Please add Sony Pictures Core app for Apple TV device, because I really don’t like to watch movies on Playstation. Most of us see your app is useless on PlayStation 5. To avoid to be a useless app, you better add Sony Pictures Core app for Apple TV device!
