I had put in 500 at base, fine (I thought) but for some reason the next time another 500 was added into my account before the money was even sent over to Peaks in the first place, then again another time this happened with the monthly deposit..
The system they work with is frankly dumb because I lost money because of it TWICE!
They invest money they “expect” will come instead of actually waiting for you to have the money verified to have been transferred over into your account.
Not just that but it took them days to even realize that no money had come in, only to then dock you for it because they “assumed” the money was already there and were actively investing with it.
There should be a waiting period/middle man “time” between transactions and it being on your account so this doesn’t happen.
Money withdrawals were also confusing.
Overall lost like 25€, not the biggest loss in the world but still stinks because this app was recommended to me by a trusted friend.
Note to anyone reading this, put in the lowest amount you can on both single time deposit and recurring monthly deposits (or whichever option you choose to use) and just deposit money yourself to prevent this from happening, not happy with this.
