Password Manager iPassSafe

Na een update deed mijn face id het niet meer en herkende de app ook de pincode niet nu kan ik niet meer bij mijn gegevens in de app, niet handig!

I have 2 backups, one in iCloud, the other in dropbox.
However, , it’s totally unclear ( if not impossoble) how to import one of these stored files.
This is very frustrating and therefor I give one star.

After the last updates the program is not usable anymore, when I want to retreive a password it is showing it only a second. Unable to get support. When I want to send a message via the iPad app they want me to fill in the captcha code, but there is nothing displayed on the screen. Why updating to rubbish when it is working perfect?

After last update 15.6.1 not working on iPadOs Not able to read the data, for example, when you want to read the details os a website, the page appears for a second and disappears again. App version 15.12 This also happend for all Favorites, so not able to read my important notes , documents etc
3 nov 2022 op iPad now version 15,32 but the problem is not elimated. The same problems es here stated.

After last update you can not reach your passwords anymore.
Developer doesn’t answer or fix.
Very very bad!

The last update screwed up the synch options and I no longer have the Dropbox synch possibility. And the iCloud synch is simply not reliable. Please bring Dropbox synch back!

What is wrong / does not work:
1. After entering the app there is no menu. After pressing the ‘back’ arrow left upper corner, the menu appears.
2. After selecting an item in - for example - ‘favorites’, the app does show the individual fields, but jumps back to the favorites menu. This holds for all the metaitems menus (settings, computers, others, etc.).
iPad is of type air, 5th generation, running iOS 15.6.1.

Na update al mijn wachtwoorden kwijt op mijn mobiel app.
Alles geprobeerd en niet gelukt Helaas!

After the update lost all nu data, upload backup does not work, immediate crash follows!
Please fix, problem is there for a too long period!

Thank you for whatever you did to erase all my more than 100 passwords

Every time a new it updates all my 114 passwords are gone and it overwrites the backup database with a empty database.
This app sucks DON’T BUY!

I’ve lost all my passwords as result of a weird error but after 4 attempts, the Ipasssafe support org is still not responding. Never experienced such a bad organisation - don’t use this tool!

In 1x al mijn tientallen wachtwoorden keijt door laatste iOS update. App niet bijgewerkt. Reageren niet op mijn e-mails. Alles was opgeslagen in iCloud, maar app ineens leeg en snachts is er een reservekopie gemaakt van deze lege app voordat ik hier erg in had. Wat een donmper! Apple Support kon ook niks voor me doen. Ligt aan de app zeiden ze

I was very happy to find this app. Really frustrating to recover passwords. Not it’s easy living!
