Omo: Healthy Weight Loss App

Ik kan mij totaal niet vinden in de recensies die gaan over verkeerde of onjuiste betalingen. Geen problemen mee. Via de app kun je t abonnement gewoon stopzetten en er worden niet extra afschrijvingen gedaan.
Enige opmerking is dat er vooraf niet duidelijk wordt gemaakt of het abonnement incl work out en mealplan is. Dit heb ik wel nu erbij kunnen aanschaffen. Gedaan en werkt goed. Het is fijn dat alles in overzicht zichtbaar is; cal, macros, stappen, work outs, etc.
De reminders vind ik ook erg fijn! Helpt goed! De reminders voor goals mogen vaker komen wat mij betreft. Miss een optie voor tussentijdse goals? Is Miss fijn voor mensen die veel gewicht kwijt moeten zoals ik. 3 kg kwijt in 2 weken en door!

I don’t think it’s worth the money. I paid expecting maybe an eating plan or something but instead it’s just an app to track what you eat which I get for free on MyFitnessPal. So big waste of my money!

Download deze app niet! Voor je het weet halen ze elke maand 38,95 van je rekening. Er is een hele subreddit over deze app met mensen die hetzelfde meemaken. Ik heb de app ooit gedownload en nooit een subscriptie aangevraagd en kom er nu achter dat ze al twee keer 38,95€ hebben afgeschreven van mijn bank. Als ik inlog, bestaat mijn account niet eens en krijg ik ook geen email dat ik mijn wachtwoord heb gewijzigd. Geef mijn 77€ terug!

I subscribed for one month, without reading all of the reviews and payed 11,29. I could not unsubscribe so I mailed Omo last month I saw a crazy withdrawl from my bank of 38,95, so I mailed AGAIN. Today I see another withdrawl of 38,95. I dont even see a subscription of 38,95 per month on the app. This is a crazy amount for the little options of the app and I cant even stop the subscription nowhere + they dont answer my mail. What a bad service and a wostly orginized app. HOW AM I GOING TO STOP THIS BECAUSE I DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY THIS.

Downloaded the app, paid once for trial but no possibility in the app to unsubscribe!
Also no option to unsubscribe in Apple store !
I do not likt this app makes certain promises but after downloading not liking it at all!

It’s not possible in a normal way to cancel this subscription. No answer on any e-mails I sent. Now I have to inform my creditcard company to retract my payment, this is ridiculous.

Ik heb deze app gedownload om te kijken wat het is. Nu zie ik dat er vanaf april geld van mijn pay pall afgaat soms twee keer per maand 38,95. Ik voel mij erin geluid. Ik heb nooit aangegeven een abonnement te willen!

Je denkt een eenmalig programma te kopen maar elke keer weer wordt er meer dan 17 euro afgeschreven. Dit ondanks gestuurde mails waarop geen reactie komt. Een bende dieven is het!

Without knowing I got an subscription to this app.
I thought I only bought an 12 week program (with a big discount).
I unsubscribed and emailed that I wanted my money back. I haven’t got any response from the owner of this app.
My bank intervened and got my money back for me.
Because I got my money back I’ll give you two stars, but your customer service is awful or actually non existent.
To the people who want to download this app: it is an subscription and if you don’t watch out it will cost you a lot of money.

Overall it is an ok app but I realized there is no workout tab on my dashboard as it supposed to be. I sent an email months ago, no reply, already paid for the whole year but cannot even use the workout feature.

I tried to cancel my subscription. Never used the app. Immediately ask for a stop. But they continue the Apple payments. I want to cancel the subscription and only that can do by sign in. My password don’t work and I don’t get an other one ( spam als no password ) and this is the only way to cancel subscription. How can I stop this nightmare. I don’t use it and don’t want to have money taken by Apple Pay! Can somebody please help me! This was all a mistake. Thanks

I would like to request a refund asap. This app doesn’t customize anything fits our requirement. You just misled me into Purchasing your plan when there is nothing you can offer. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

Spam! You don’t get personal plan at all! It doesn’t deserves any star but to write this I need to give it

Again I fell for this misleading concept believing you will get a personal plan. At the end of all the questions making you believe they will help and guide you, you have to buy all these extra’s.
I started this plan because I didn’t want to do Intermitted Fasting. You even tell in your advertisement that IF is not oké for menopause and first thing I see is IF in my ‘personal plan’… I would never have bought it if I knew it was IF.

I got charged 3 times €79 without me knowing it.
I already cancelled my subscription and they are still charging me! Such scammers. I never received any confirmation to start a paid subscription etc.

I asked for assistance on 25/4/24, received and automated response on how to cancel. I followed the subscription and lo and behold I go charged again today (28/6/24) with over €79! I am not happy and will be contacting my bank ASAP. Do not use this app. They are entrapping users.

Ik heb de app een maand geprobeerd, maar het bleek niet voor mij. Het voecht niet veel toe t.o.v. de app van FitBit die ik heb.
Ik heb dus meteen mijn abonnement opgezegd, maar toch proberen ze nu geld af te schrijven.
Het abonnement is nergens terug te vinden, heb mijn account verwijderd en dan nóg willen ze bijna €39 afschrijven?!
Trap er niet in, kies voor een andere app.
