Ik vind dit een leuke app je kan goed piano stukken spelen wel jammer dat je voor alles moet betalen.

I have a subscription that I am using from time to time. When trying to access musical sheets I have to pay! Restoring seems done, I get a message that it’s done but actually, in the app it doesn’t work. I still have to choose a plan to get access to music! The support is an AI chatbot that, when writing a normal message, like “I need to restore my subscription”, it gets blocked and there is no reaction anymore.

Ik word echt helemaal gestoord van deze app. Ik wilde een bladmuziek score kopen en nu zit ik gevangen in een net van popups met aanbiedingen waar ik niets van begrijp. Ik wil dit helemaal niet, maar kan nergens vinden hoe ik hier weer afkom. Het voelt als oplichting.

Charge double automatically and never respond to refund request. Very bad customer service.

Niet duidelijk! Commercieel gezeur en verder niets. Ik wil zelf partituren kunnen maken, dat kan wel met de (gratis) Linux versie.

Dit is een verschrikkelijke app. Ik had betaalt alleen vervolgens kon ik me niet aanmelden in de app. Dan werd me gevraagd of ik weer wilde betalen. Vervolgens lukte het me om me online aan te melden maar vervolgens hebben ze nog een keer “learning course” afgeschreven. Daarna mijn geld terug gevraagd, krijg je nooit helemaal terug alleen maar in de vorm van een”aanbieding”. De app zelf is niet gebruiks vriendelijk. Bij het zoeken naar bladmuziek kon hij plotseling de meest basale bladmuziek niet vinden. Of je moet alsnog betalen voor zogenaamde “officiële” bladmuziek.

Doen alles om geld uit je zak te kloppen. Als je online een pro account hebt afgesloten kan je geeneens inloggen op de app op je telefoon. Opzeggen is maximaal complex gemaakt. Is me nog niet gelukt.

Had 1 score gedownload, en los voor betaald, maar bleek daarna ‘opeens’ aan een abonnement vast te zitten. Zeer moeilijk om vanaf te komen.

I only wanted to buy one piece of sheet music, but got sneakily subscribed by this lot. It’s over the edge of criminal how they swindled me into a subscription (disguising it by a mandatory free trial in unclear words, making me think I only said yes to the sheet music, with an unsubscribe button that took detective skills to find). I see more complaints about it on the internet, so it’s not just me. This is the worst way of doing business, and I won’t be coming near their products ever again. I hope they will end this practice and if they choose not to I hope in the end this will bite them in the buttocks and will cost them lots of costumers.

Very unclear what you get. I thought a PRO subscription would actually give me access to scores but hey… for that you need a PRO+ subscription.

Itss verry good but there is no kurdish songs maybe they are kurds here and whant to practice on their coulture songs

Suddenly I can't load sheets which are marked favorite. Other sheets that I try to open is also not possible. I continously get a 403 error and that somehow the app is offline in the background?
Tried to restart the app a few times, still doesn't solve the issue.
In the end I tried to log out from the app and log in again, but it is even worse. I can't log in anymore.
I also agree that the pricing is very fuzzy. It is not clear what I'm paying for and what I can get and cannot. But why worry if the app suddenly doesn't work. No need to fuss to go to a paid subscription.

I have PRO, but still get bombarded with five different ads for the other subscriptions they have (e.g. PRO+, learn, turn on notifications). Also it’s crazy that with PRO there’s still a certain category of sheet music that you cannot view.. I think they are called official. And the continuous discounts are just plain annoying I always find a service that constantly has discounts untrustworthy like it knows that the regular price is too expensive. Just have a fixed lower price instead of all these discounts. I want to renew but you make it hard for me to do so.

When I click the “Start now” button nothing happens which renders the app unusable.

Even when subscribing to the pro membership, the app continues to bug you with upgrades to random additions. With the continuous stream of this (really almost with every click you do), it is only a matter of time before you accidentally subscribe to something you never wanted. Because of this, completely unusable if you just want access to sheet music. So, removing my subscription.

Dont use. Whenever you pay for one piece (99 cents), without proper visibility a subscription starts costing you 45 euros right away. Not transparant and not cooperative at all.

Mijn zoon houdt van muziek en wil graag naar piano andere instrumenten leren spelen. We hebben een proefabonnement afgesloten en zonder dat ik er erg in had hadden we direct een abonnement. Nou goed, gelukkig vindt mijn zoon de lessen en bladmuziek leuk. Echter worden we continu belast met schimmige aanbiedingen en andere pop-ups over betalingen of geen refunds. Ik heb echt geen idee wat dit over gaat en het is erg storend!
Erg jammer dat MuseScore zo gericht is op geld en dat terwijl muziek zo bevrijdend zou moeten zijn.
