MeerApp isn't maintained anymore. All the team moved on to different projects (check their LinkedIn profiles).
It's got a few very annoying bugs and they don't fix. Balances with foreign currencies are wrong for instance and can't merge manual with automatic wallets.

MeerI am a Lifetime subscriber and the app does what it promises. But it feels as if it is abandoned. No new updates, no new features and still the same issues (ads for lifetime subscription while I’m already subscribed). Spendee has so much potential for improvement (Ai for example), that it’s really a pitty it isn’t in active development anymore. Aa it seems.

MeerEnjoying this app so far. Has almost all the features I want after trying 4+ of them. Would enjoy the option to have my previous transaction information auto-re-categorize (maybe a popup with a “do you want to apply this category to the follow transactions”) after I have manually corrected the categorisation a few times. It would take very long to do it manually and the incorrect characterisations throw off my ability to see how I spent my money. I enjoy the ability to sync from a large variety of bank accounts. Most apps can’t do half of mine, and this app gets almost all of them! I would also suggest the option to separate accounts into checking vs savings somehow.

MeerGetting a bit sick of the ads while I paid for lifetime. Used to love the app but this is getting annoying.

MeerUnfortunately couldn’t open the app, logged in with Apple ID and it didn’t open. Tried to change password didn’t work, was saying that token is not correct or password is invalid but it didn’t say what are the requirements to the password.

MeerAlmost 2 years I have been using the app. It’s the same app until then. Nothing has changed or improved. Not a single color! Just paying money because I don’t have alternative. There is always a discount for lifetime plan. I assume this means there wont be an improvement in the future.

MeerEindelijk eens een goeie app waarbij je alles gewoon kunt gebruiken zonder dat je gelijk de hoofdprijs moet betalen. Kan echt alles erin kwijt. So in love with this app

MeerLOVE Spendee and have been using it for about 3 years. Their service team is impeccible and I've learnt SO much about my spending habits since using their app. Just wish they’d add more options to their web version, as the web support is currently quite limited. Nevertheless, 10/10 - Thank you, team!

MeerI got the premium to have the updates from my bank accounts automatically in the app but none of my spending showed up on the app even tho I refreshed it several times.

MeerCustomer support doesn't really help you if you have an issue or feature request. I understand that they can not fix it, they should forward it to a team or a third party or whatever. However they probably doesn't represent the user well. I am using this for almost a year with yearly subscription. I can't say it's not helpful, but when it comes to a thing that is missing for me or you need a little feature in the app, you are not supported well. All of them are just kind people that you can talk about your issues, questions and requests. Your issues won't be resolved quickly and your requests won't be taken into consideration until lots of people request it.

MeerWhile I love the core functionality of Spendee, the development of the service seems stopped in favor of NFT’s. Very dissapointed to see a great app been treated this way.

MeerWithout the possibility to split transactions, this app is useless to me. Consider going to the supermarket and buying groceries but also some flowers and a pack of batteries. The product fall into different categories but you wouldn’t pay for them separately. This would make your app ideal for me and probably a lot of other people to. It has a lot of potential so I’ll keep a tap on updates.

MeerJust have a few suggestions:
Select several transactions and appoint them to the same category in one click (saves time)
Organize categories in a certain order en appoint this order as default in every wallet (saves time and is consequent)
To add a transaction to a certain category with a ‘quick add’ option (i.e. with a swipe, saves time)
After categorizing a transaction in a certain category: appoint/ask if this category applies to all past or future same sort transactions (efficient and saves time)4door Bla*******11/03/2022Bugs
MeerMy transactions stay “in process” (Dutch: in behandeling) so I can’t change in what category (budget) they belong!
Therefore the app is now useless for me.
Otherwise the app works well.

MeerEvery 2 days the app asks me to reconnect by bank accounts (which takes at least a minute) and it often for some reason doesn't connect, so I have to wait a couple of days until I see the transactions in the app. The worst part about the app is that when it asked me to reconnect the bank account the app said that something went wrong and it completely removed the bank account from the app, along with all my notes and categorizations concerning the bank account. Almost 6 months of data lost. Horrible app.
