I made a mistake with my order.
MixTiles helped me quickly and in a very friendly manner, thanks a 1 000 000!

Nadat ik nieuwe had besteld, ter aanvulling op de oude, kwam ik erachter dat de nieuwe mixtiles een andere maat hebben. Wat op een muur icm de oude niet mooi staat.
Mixtiles heeft dit fantastisch opgelost en ook binnen drie minuten! Zo makkelijk kan het dus! Kwaliteit van de tiles is super! Kleur blijft goed en ik krijg alleen maar positieve reacties!

I am extremely satisfied with Mixtiles. They occasionally have offers that make it affordable for those of us with a smaller budget too. The customer care is the best I’ve ever come across, super happy with the way I was approached and how my question was answered. The tiles itself look awesome in my living room and they’re so so só easy to move around as you please. On top of that they were packaged in such a smart way.
Highly impressed! Will definitely use again.

Super leuke app, jammer dat er geen ideal optie als betaalwijze in zit.. ik gebruik geen creditcard dus ik moest een pay pall account aanmaken..

The app is easy to use, however the product was supposed to be shipped and “had issues”... I ordered to two countries and both had issues and did not arrive. Both were gifts that had time constraints. The shipping dates were before the deadline, however both magically disappeared en route... All of these started with the app. The tracking info is messy and they use DHL which does not seem to be a good pairing!? They have a long way to go before they are a reputable company! Not even sure if I’ll see my refund! Will update when I see...

I was really excited to buy more of these, until I saw the price change.. they changed the price to something I can’t afford which is a shame, bc I’m happy with the product.

Handige app, snelle service en bij vragen direct reactie. Netjes afgeleverd in stevige dozen. Super easy op te hangen. Prachtige kleuren. Echt een aanrader!

Zaten te twijfelen voor ons gastenhuis. Ziet er top uit. Aangezien we er meerdere wilde bestellen komt men duur uit. Jammer. Zoeken verder dan. Helaas

The product is amazing! High quality, sticks well, can really re-stick etc. my only problem is the price. I already bought close to 20 tiles - planned to buy a few every other month to cover my wall with wonderful memories. Before it was 10 eur a piece and now it’s 49 for the first three? I’m so saddened by this but already 10 a piece was a stretch for me but I won’t be able to complete the wall if it’s this hefty price unless I buy only once a year... Cudos to the product but my heart is just broken because of the price :( I’ll have to find alternatives or wait for a discount moment. Any chance for a membership program?

Wat een luxe, zo makkelijk dit. Kies je foto, bestellen en snel in huis. Heel licht materiaal dus je plakt het zo aan de muur en het blijft zitten. Ja huis gaat ervan stralen! Aanrader

Great marketing for nothing but a printed picture glued on some styro material with a double-sided tape at the back to stick to your wall. Some pictures even became folded at the edges.
First I got so many emails from many different Customer service agents who gave me contradicting information. This happened twice—for different agents gave me different replies contradicting each other. Then my order arrived one week later than the date it was promised.
So much wait for an overpriced product. To make matters worst, when I tried to “restick” them as the ad says they can be moved around, the painting on my wall came off with the double-sided tape. Now I have a ruined wall with very expensive pictures on styro.

Het is zo besteld, snel geleverd en keurig ingepakt. Ideaal!

Great product, high quality and it really looks sooo nice on the wall! The stickers work perfectly too. The only negative point is that it is a bit expensive... and I found out afterwards that I got charged extra fees for paying with my Visa card (coming from the USA, so outside the EU...). I am looking forward to have the option to pay with Ideal! Then I will definitely order more ;)

Love my Mixtiles! Quality of print is really good. Had an issue with the sticky tape of some of the tiles, but the great customer support team solved my issue fast and efficiently. They will make a great gift too so I started ordering more.

such a beautiful product and ideal via an app, but not to pay without a credit card. I only want to pay via iDeal.

Looks beautiful. I refuse to get a credit card. This only leads to debt. However, that’s the only way I can purchase something here. Too bad

Its so bad whe can't pay whit ideal ! for netherlands not everyone has credit card or paypal or something
