More than 7 months it still says reviewing profile, but you can pay to be reviewed immediately. It’s just a scamming App overall

just don't. don't make that mistake! If there is any other better app then prefer the other one

Wanted to take the 1 month but it keeps saying “”something went wrong, ty again. But when try again I get the same message again and again.

the worst app after you paid too much they ask you more and more for things then you ask to make your paying it then you add your real photo suddently you get nothing but deleting your a profile

My account for enabled out of nowhere… couldnt even use the app cause you have to wait 24 hours to get “accepted”. Straighr after that I got enabled. They dont e-mail you back, and it kind of feel like a money scam, where you have to pay at least a 100 euro PER MONTH to get acces.

I’m someone who has used luxury dating apps before and never had the problem I do with luxy. Their customer service is non existent. Their review hours get shortened and it’s posted as if it’s a benefit for you but actually, it reduces your chances of getting on the site. You can’t even ask to have it reverted because - no customer service
When you do pay for a membership, you’re still bombarded with advertisements. Hardly any dates because you don’t meet people in your area even if you set it on your location.
I’ve read the replies from luxy on other reviews and honestly, please don’t bother to respond to mine the same. The developers know what they’re doing. Its a money making scam. Avoid and use other apps. If in Netherlands Breeze is a great alternative!

Do not download. I’ve been on Luxy since they just started. In the beginning it was fire but now? Please save yourself time. IT IS NOT WORTH IT!
You have to pay for every little thing now and it’s annoying how you have to rematch when the time is up, etc.. like people don’t have busy lives?

Don’t be fooled by what it advertises to be . It’s mostly an app for eastern Europe models with instagram accounts to be followed . It’s more money hungry then the average golddigger on there and a proper explanation of why an account gets blocked and deleted isn’t give either . Just go for tinder or any other established app that doesn’t make you pay for every little move you want to make . It’s not there to distinguish the wealthy from the lesser financial , it’s to make huge profits nothing more or less .

It’s a real good platform, and sometimes you get a bonus. Variations in type of man and lot of choices

Such a waste of money. As a normal/attractive girl I have over 11 thousand likes on other dating apps and in half a year only managed to go one ONE date from this app. They don’t show you people who are in your city first (even if it’s in your settings) and the app is CONSTANTLY asking you to update to the platinum version even if you already paid for the black (Lower tier) membership. Girls please save your money

It is marketed as an exclusive platform for selective singles to find each other. I was through the review round within 10 hours, instead of the usual 48 hours. After that, I needed 20 members to message me or purchase a membership, which costs $100 for a month. I received the messages quickly so I did not feel the need to purchase a plan. However, the free plan doesn't offer much - no filters, only 30 swipes, and I couldn't even reply to any message. So, I decided to buy the membership, but it didn't offer much either. The only advantage was the ability to see my likes and apply some filters.
I have been using the app for some time now, and I don't think that the people on it are as selective as they are promoted to be. The only filter options available are age and location, but I still receive messages from older men or people from other parts of the world, despite having those filters on. Additionally, the app crashes frequently and only works on my home Wi-Fi network, which is inconvenient. Although people don't mind paying for a good app, I don't think this one delivers on what it promises, especially at such a high price.

90% of the functionality that has been free for years they started to monetize now. EVERYTHING IS NOW A PAYED FEATURE.
Such a shame to see this app go down hill in such a rapid pace.

With the new expires soon functionality they brought back the worst and oldest bug of all : 1 message gets sends just fine, every message after. The clock thing keeps being there meaning the message is not able to send. Close app. Send 1 reply to 1 message. And boom bugged again after. FIX THIS ASAP ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU INTRODUCE A TIMELIMIT FOR REPLYING. MAKE SURE IT WORKS PROPERLY…

I love this app. I already met two amazing people via Luxy. Even tough for me it’s expensive to buy the full black package I still get the chance to use a part/limited of the app witch also help.

The user experience is extremely bad. Losing photos is poor. And it stalls a lot. Once you are in the user interface is one that seems to be made by first year students.

I have been using Luxy for almost 2 years and I hate the new update so much! Please bring back the daily tasks for coins, that was a really nice feature, it kept us users engaged by staying active every single day; now there’s no incentive to use the app everyday

This app is useless. Deleted it. Have to pay for everything on it.
If you want your customers to stay make the standard stuff for free like Tinder. Atleast for females. Y’all prices are crazy too. 100$ for a month?!
