Linearity Curve Graphic Design

I you want a great app for designing vector art? You need to download Linearity Curve. It’s easy to use and has a lot of possibilities. And if you have any problems, there is a great support centre to help you out. Nothing but love for Linearity!

Costs 70 euros per year. Fine, but be honest and open about it in the app store. It was unclear before.

This is my favorite app in the App Store! After reading all the reviews for Linearity, I can only conclude that most negative ones are due to Linearity implementing a subscription model last year. Apart from that, it’s a great app.
I’ve subscribed immediately when they introduced subscriptions, and I’ve been satisfied with the service they provide. The only time I encountered a problem was early on—right after the app became Linearity Curve—and the issue was resolved almost instantly by a real person who was pleasant to communicate with, not some AI chatbot.
As for the people who lost their files when Vectornator became Linearity Curve—I thought so too! But I later found mine by coincidence in the Files folder:
Files > On My iPad > Linearity Curve
Sometimes, losing everything is the best way to rediscover your creativity.

This is my favorite app on my iPad. I use it everyday. It used to be completely free, now it’s subscription based. Worth every euro! Customer service and community is pleasant.

Linearity Curve is a fantastic vector-based design app that has greatly enhanced my graphic design work. It looks like a really good program. I was looking for a free and simpel way to create my own wallpaper for my mac. No less no more. For me it was unclear what is free in this app and for which functions I have to pay. So in the end I could not export my project in a nice resolution.
If you need a free program something, look twice. If you wan't too pay, possibly great program.

Gradient feature broken on iPad. I see a net change (line) between the colors selected. OK on desktop.

“No, really, we value the feedback of our early customers that helped us creating this great tool. The basics will always remain free.” That promise has been given to me by mail many times. Meanwhile, my files are forced to their cloud, not locally anymore. Meanwhile, I can’t work on more than 10 files anymore. Meanwhile, I can’t export to any useful format anymore. Meanwhile, the tool became totally useless. Unless I pay a huge amount of money each month. Meanwhile, all the drawings I made all became useless and I have to draw them all over again, unless I pay this monthly fee. Thanks for helping us growing this big and we show our gratitude by forcing you away unless we can make even more money out of you. Let’s face it, without my feedback and that from all the other early adaptors who believed in you, you did not get where your app is now. And what do we get in return? Nothing!

Since the last big update a subscription is needed to download your designs AT ALL? so the free version is basically useless. I loved and used the app a lot before this! Sad to see it go this route. Will be uninstalling.

You can't open or edit your Vectornator files anymore without paying for a subscription.

I was so excited when I downloaded this app few years ago. I wanted to make a logo for me and I was really happy to find this free app. And what do we have now? The app with a paid subscription. I have only one file with one word (no drawings) and I even can’t download it. It’s ridiculous. What people like me, who isn’t a designer should do? Why you just destroyed our works and time. Just pay if you want to get your works back. I think it’s just disrespectful to your users.
It’s totally understandable that you want to make money on your app. But the way you have chosen is questionable.

When they changed their business model to subscription based, they advertised repeatedly with a 3-file free version. I wasn’t worried and kept editing, because I didn’t go over the limit. However, now that I’m done, the free version turns out to be useless: it doesn’t allow you to export (in any format!), so basically I can throw away all those hours of editing.

As some others used former Vectornator and was exceptionally happy with it. However, the new Linearity app does not even allow to export an image without subscribing rendering it completely useless. Hopefully the things that made Vectornator great will be brought back to the Linearity in the near future.

This application was a very useful app, free to use, but it is now a subscription app so i'm gone.

Vectornator was a fantastic app! And then they rebranded it… you always can keep use it for free they said…
well if I can’t export it to anything without a paid subscription then it’s worthless.
Every update a feature will get locked out.
I’ve used the app for years and loved it, recommended it to many people. But unfortunately it’s completely unusable as a free app and the price is way to much. For that price there are much better apps
What frustrates me the most, all my drawings are locked up and I cannot access them anymore without paying! That’s just criminal!

Vectornator was great. Curve is a rip-off! Just a second Adobe but even worse. Everything functional has been made paid. No user ever wanted this so I expect this app to die off soon. Now you can’t even export the file you set up to a PDF. Such a disgrace of an app!I already made the step to affinity.

Easy to use for beginners, i have a lot of fun with it, i love the fact that I don’t have to pay in order to know if factor design is something for me or not!
