LEAN With Lilly

Really love the app! Awesome workouts :) I do have a suggestion for improvement - I would love for there to be music in the background as with Lilly’s YouTube videos (just makes it a lot easier and less overwhelming)! Other than that it’s absolutely amazing!

I have been using this app (and equipment) from the moment it launched and till this day I’m freaking amazed by it! It has workouts for every day. I choose a workout that fits my needs and energy level for the day. Life comes with ups and downs but this app gets me through it. Lilly and the other instructors give positivity and charm with each workout. I have periods when I use it 6 times a week and periods when I use it ones or not at all. To sum it up I’m hooked on the LEAN app (and equipment)!

Love how this app gives you consistency with your workouts instead of just doing random exercises in the gym! - Also love that you can adjust how many days you want to workout and modify each week

As a beginner I’m sometimes

My subscription ended in September 2023 on my iPhone apps, now I just seen €14,50 has gone out of my bank account for 19-03-2024-19-04-2024? How can this happen?

I immediately bought 3 months subscription because I saw one of the challenges (pilates I guess). But quickly became disappointed because you can’t even choose your level. I am a beginner definitely, but all programs seem to be for more advanced people, so I got discouraged after few minutes of workout and noticed that there is no programs for beginners tbh.
There are better apps, so I am not going to extend my subscription.
My advice: before buying it, think if you’re not a beginner, because it won’t be a good workout app for you. For intermediate/advanced might be great but also not that much to be overexcited.

Really happy I purchased this LEAN method. My body feels stronger, even my osteopath noticed it! What I would love is a menstrual cycle workout. Based on luteal / ovulation/ menstruation hormonal changes. Hope this will be added some day.

I am a working a fulltime job with two kids and a social live and this app/workout is perfect!

This app has changed my life! Besides the obvious physical benefits, I have always loved the mental benefits of exercise. Last year was terrible with the gym, and this app has helped me get back into a proper exercise routine, with the incredible workouts from Lilly and Amy! If you chasing after endorphins, this app is definitely the answer!

Lilly has the most amazing energy in the world, she will keep you going even if you are dying. Plus, she has a really cute dog that will also sometimes pop up in videos. I’m really loving this app, it has done so much for both my physical and mental health. I definitely don’t regret getting it, and I’m sure you won’t too :)

The content is brilliant and regularly updated. The girls are positive and fun and always make you feel like your able to push yourself harder. I have never really seen results in my body before but after doing three work outs I can already see my posture improving and my core getting stronger. Fast forward to a few weeks and I’m already very toned! I love this app and tell everyone to use it, you won’t regret it!

Please adjust the app to tablets. Watching small videos on my iPad is not practical at all. If I knew I wouldn't have subscribed for a year. It would also be nice to change the amount of times you want to train per week. Can't find it in the settings.

I absolutely love this app! But now whenever I want to open the app, it crashes. I already deleted the app and downloaded it again multiple times, but it keeps crashing. Can you please solve this problem? I also have a subscription and it’s really annoying to not have the app on my phone.

After trying many workout apps Lilly graced us with this gem ! It’s not only an at home gym but awesome healthy recipes and helpful tools for an overall healthier lifestyle! Helped me so much through hard times and keeps getting me going and becoming a better and better version of myself! Workouts are killer and Lilly is amazing, caring, motivating and supporting! I recommend everyone to try this and get ready to change your life for the best!

I love the app soo much! At first when I opened it and i got to see the intro I Immediately got a smile on my face. Love the energy and support, with the rest days and so much more!

First of all, I absolutely love it. It is amazing and it really helps people to get a healthier life style, besides from that i know how long you’ve worked on it and how long we’ve been waiting for it. But I can’t cast it to my tv, because I have a google chrome cast and not een apple tv or smart tv. Maybe you could at that option?
