• Pay to win

  It has little to do with stategy, and it is all about grinding an paying real money. The screenshots in the App Store are not real gameplay screenshots.
  The first weeks or months are fun. After that you are hooked. You read the same in all the reviews. It is an addictive game. And once you're hooked, you're prey, unless you have time to play 24/7 or spend at least 10 bucks a month to not get killed. Pay-to-not-loose, and then spend some to pay-to-win.
  It can be fun, if you have a nice alliance or server with great people. But once you've leveled up high enough, most of the fun ends, unless you have then time and discipline to play multiple times a day or have lots and lots of money to spend. But you can't win, there is always a sucker paying more than you. I've seen players spending hundreds of dollars a week. You can see in the IAP list there is a €110 euro pack for 1500 gems. You can't beat people buying those packs like cheap candy. If you don't spend, you are as fishfood, nothing more.

• bad service

  After 4 years of playing i finally quit, if you dont spend real money you wont be playing this game for long time. After an mistake of tap4fun i lost a lot of troops and they wont compensate their own mistake. eventho i showed proof of everything.

• Annoying!

  While in the beginning it was fun now at a higher level the attacks of lev. 19 and 20 keep comin'. No time to cure your troops cause the next attacker is poundin' at your door. While you are level 17 your army is back to level 10 after more than a year of playin. So, so frustrating. And those PVP keep comin'. No good tap4fun. Should change your name... Tap4frust... Will stop soon. Waste of time!

  Pay to win en de screenshots zijn niet zoals het spel echt is.
  Het spel heeft erg weinig met strategie te maken. vooral met geld. Leuk in het begin, maar als je verder speelt, speel je bijna alleen maar tegen "sterkere" spelers tegen komt die soms honderden dollars uitgeven om te winnen.
  Ik snap dat de servers moeten draaien, maar bijna alles in het spel is bedacht om spelers zoveel mogelijk geld uit te kloppen. Heel veel high level spelers betalen om onschendbaar te blijven, omdat het vele maanden kan duren om een sterk leger bouwen, en in een aanval bijna geheel verwoest kan worden door een ander. Dat kost ren tientje per maand. En dan wordt je verder aangespoord om te betalen om nog veel meer uit te geven. Er zijn IAPs van 100 dollar. Denk dus maar niet dat je zonder geld uit te geven veel lol kan blijven beleven.

• Last update makes letters fuzzy and unsharp

  De events zijn niet voor vermaak, maar alleen maar bedacht om spelers zoveel mogelijk gems (en daarmee veel echt geld) te besteden.
  Alles in het spel is bedacht om de spelers minstens dagelijks te komen spelen en geld uit te geven. Ik snap dat de servers moeten draaien, maar ook vooral dat het pure hebzucht is van de ontwikkelaars om verlaafde spelers zoveel mogelijk geld uit te kloppen.

• Crap 4 Cash

  What started out as an mega empire building game app, has slowly withered away to become a greedy conglomerate focussed on money spinning fanaticism , instead of focusing on real game improvements. Kings Empire is yet another classic case of a superb game gone wrong. If you plan to test your strategic skills, this game is not for you.
  If you want absolute domination at the expense of regular, needless and expensive in-app purchases, this game is for you.
  KIngs Empire, a game for kings indeed with loads of cash.
