Inner Circle: Dating community

I’ve been using this app for years on a daily basis. Not one person responded. Online dating really made my realize how undesirable I am.

August 2026 The app is not working! Lots of bugs!
Not worth paying for
At start 2015-2016 It was the pinnacle and trendy now it is rubbish.
The aftersales is bad at Innercircle. They have changed my subscription back to standard without any form of communication and certainly not with approval. I have send 4 e-mails to their customerservice. And zero response! Last year they also blocked me for no reason. Because they thougt my profile was allegebally fake. Were I was already a member for over 7 years….and then after weeks of communication and Providing evidence to show that everything is correct they unlocked my profile. But then they Made me pay for my subscruption. Were I had earned this subsrciotion for bringing in new friends as members. Such a dissapointment how these dating apps try to earn money. I really cant deal with dishonesty! Innercircle you should be more thankfull and loyal to members that have supported the innercircle platform from the start of the Launch. I would like to be contacted by innercircle since i am still expecting a proper and decent answer on my emails.

Can’t finish the profile because of an error/glitch. Contacted support but not getting any response! Useless app this way

Het is een platform voor zogenaamd aantrekkelijke en intelligente mensen…., maar een gesprekje beginnen lukt al niet…

I keep getting likes from much younger men even though my settings are set that nobody outside my age filter can see me. Also I get likes from men I have already declined. IC does this on purpose to keep your profile at the top and to keep filling your searches.
Have emailed several times to customer service but NO RESPONSE. Terrible!

On Tinder I get one match or message after another, but with you guys nothing. Is the system down or something? I pay properly, don't I? Do something about it, because this really isn't right. And no, it's not because I just don't get any likes.

The problem with this app is that most of the profiles on it are guest profiles, so it looks really appealing, but you cannot reach the people in the profiles.so if you sent super like to them, which cost money, they are not even able to read them.this is ridiculous, it should notify you on a profile clearly whether it is a guest profile or a full profile.
Update: to be clear, buying a subscription or super likes will not help you if you are sending messages to guest profiles.I have a subscription but guest profiles will still not be able to read your messages

Predatory paywall design. You can send messages for free, but the moment someone replies you hit a wall. So you're basically unpaid bait to keep paying members engaged. On top of that the price is way too high and the app UX is genuinely terrible. Go to Raya instead, it actually works and the pricing is reasonable.

Dat je niet kan filteren op afstand zonder te betalen vind ik teleurstellend. 99/100 mannen die ik voor krijg wonen aan de andere kant van het land. Erg jammer want voor de rest vind ik de app en het idee erachter echt heel erg goed.

More then 1000 matches and 99+ likes and literally nobody starts a conversation.
Everyone is arrogant, including myself. I don’t know why I should need this app, it’s overrated and expensive instead of other apps.

Can’t even use the app cause every time i try to make an account, after I upload my pictures it will say “oops! Something went wrong”

Such a big scam hidden under pretext of dating app! I published my pictures and verified with camera and still not able to go further!

Waist of time and $

Zo voelt het. Er is maar een handjevol interesses waar je uit kunt kiezen. Je kunt geen bio schrijven, en verder ook nergens ruimte om langere stukjes te tikken. Verder vrijwel alleen mensen uit de grote steden. Je kunt geen swipe-bereik instellen. Niet de app voor mij.

Werk voor geen moer, was bezig met een account maken, foto’s toevoegen ging als stroef, alle informatie ingevuld maar verder dan dat kwam ik ook niet.

I paid for 3 months but only got very limited profiles and no real pro features, plus no help from customer service. This feels like a waste of money. I’d appreciate a better service..

One more of these “free” dating apps that are completely useless without paying a very expensive subscription. Why is is that dating apps are so excessively more expensive than Spotify or Netflix?
