I'm getting increasingly frustrated with this app; it used to be fairly OK, but over the past years it has been steadily degrading, up to the point that I'm considering buying a completely new security camera system from another brand. Here's some random bugs that need attention:
1. THE LATEST UPDATE (6.10.820) BROKE THE VIDEO PLAYBACK FUNCTION. Picking a point along the timeline for playback results is an endless waiting process; I need to switch to another camera and back to end the waiting and start the playback at the selected time. UPDATE: Regression fixed in v6.10.821 - Thank you!)
2. A few updates back, the possibility of swiping between items in the Personal Album was removed/broken?
3. When playing back recorded videos, the UI elements, including the time bar and the buttons needed to start and stop recordings, automatically disappears after x seconds, where x appears to be counted from the *first* interaction with these elements. This makes it very cumbersome to browse recorded videos, since the UI elements needed to do so continuously disappear. I would suggest not auto-hiding the UI elements, or at least no earlier than x seconds from the *last* interaction with them.
4. The app often generates a message along the lines of "you have already played back a video for 5 minutes". It also does this when recording a video, and in doing so interrupts the recording. Completely unnecessary, and very frustrating.
