Yes there’s a free tier but it doesn’t work. It shows you ads but then nothing happens, it just shows you the subscription page after you watch an ad.
I don’t mind watching an ad before I use the app but I do expect it to work afterwards

Tried the trial for just 3 days and then they claim for the whole month
this is one scam trying to get you with the trial days and once you cancel that they already had charged for the month
kindly refund

i want to cancel my purchase tried the 3 days and now it asks for 9,99 i prefer to get a free one instead of this so how i cancel kt before again i get trouble with the store

Werkt alleen als je ervoor betaald. Ik hou van Apple, maar dit is typisch weer iets voor de kapitalistische app store. Een abonnement om een gif te maken, jullie zijn echt bijzonder als je dat doet. En het is ook gewoon nog eens €10. Voor letterlijk iets kinderachtigs als een gif maken.

Checked to see if I could give the developer some revenue for his work. 10 usd per month hahahaaja a Netflix subscription is cheaper. So thanks but no thanks. Delete

In response to the developers response. GIPHY is free. Also everyone below is saying the same thing. To expensive. If you would have charged all those clients a one time fee. You would have made a lot off money. People use these apps for one thing only and don’t need all the other ones you offer them. 10 per month is even for an advanced game on which hundreds off developers work Daly, a lot off money and most won’t buy it. It’s up to you buddy but I think you are loosing money with this approach. People won’t pay it.

It’s always money.. ALWAYS. After 2 free edits you have to buy a subscription. Useless. Deleted immediately.

If you dont get a subscription you get overloaded with ads and reminders to subscribe. Trash, immediately deleted. Edit: got contacted by the developer, but i stand by my review. If the free app is just to demonstrate the features, why did it hit me with 5(!) fullscreen ads in the first minute of using it? It’s very hard to try the features if it’s not clear which ones are actually available and when you constantly have to click away ads.

I would love to pay €9,99 to download the app but €9,99 every month is way to expensive!

I made one gif and shared it. App works quite well. However that’s it. Now costs 10 a month to continue. Wasn’t clear from the start what the feee features were and how long they last

They actually do believe that i will pay €10 (euro) each month for a service available for free on the Internet !

You can only make 2 or 3 gifs and after that you need to pay! Please put this description so you don’t disappoint

3 day trail will be an automatic renewal with way up high prices. And here the trouble comes, you can’t quit it because the app crashes when you want!

I already deleted it. The 60fps video turned into a 20 fps gif and after 2 times to retry it, it puts everything behind a paywall.
