Dear genshin, please stop making those repetitive outfits for the females detached sleeves, short skirts and those weird choker necklaces. Do something different. At least dont do it in the coldest region this makes no sense at all! Its getting boring.

The character designs are repetitive and do not look like they belong in the regions. All female characters have the same template, bare legs, detached sleeves, short skirts, open chest. And the game is barely F2P now, you almost can’t get one character per patch. New events where you have to fight are so difficult to get through even if you have many characters. But if those characters aren’t perfectly build you can I’ll have difficulty with them.

I’ve had this game since it came out and it was fine but I just keep quitting bc of the SUPER LONG BORING dialogue it takes forever and I’m stuck in an 30 minute cutscene

The developers aren't listening. The game is consistently not F2P-friendly and feels lazily developed, with weak graphics and a disappointing story. But the good thing is.. that KURO games LISTEN. Btw a whale in wuwa ;)

genshin players have made so many complaints about character designs, and Hoyo doesn’t even listen to them. the quests are unnecessary long without a skip button and the rewards per patch are horrible for f2ps.

Absolutely beautiful open-world game, with so many details, amazing landscapes, lore and characters and fun quests, battles and events! I would definitely recommend it to anyone that loves open-world games! The storyline is truly wonderful, and I’m always curious to what will be coming next.

Remove milliastra, literally no one wants it. Improve rewards because this is just insane

Hoyo, please do better with rewards, this is ridiculous. only 60 pulls? cmon now. youre not even trying anymore.

It is obvious HoYo does not care about its playerbase and only cares about sex appeal. I already struggled to continue to play this game, but after killing off the one and only good villain I just cannot keep playing. Absolutely terrible plot line. Do better.

Genshin Impact is one of many gacha games, but it stands out for how incompetent the game devs are. They are not listening to the players at all and refuse to bring Genshin up to date (compared to other games they have released since, as well as others from different companies). Surveys are ignored. We are consistently getting recycled content, disappointing 'rewards', overused NPC and animation assets (quests with no gameplay, only dialogue and slight camera movements), dry events, no quality-of-life updates that matter and sloppy visual assets locked behind a paywall in both the main game and Miliastra. They're not trying to give players an enjoyable experience, they are milking people of their money, laughing in their faces and making us all slowly switch to Wuthering Waves, NTE, Arknights Endfield, etc. We want the game to improve, but I guess they just don't care.

It’s diabolical how they ruin so many designs of characters. Also their rewards are so niece that you can’t even get a guaranteed five star. The quest also is sometimes 3 hours long and that can be a simple side quest.

This game is NOT free to play friendly. I have played 2+ hours daily, for 2 months, just to barely get enough primogems to get 1 five-star. FIX THE REWARDS!

I used to absolutely love playing Genshin Impact. The world, music, characters, and exploration made it one of my favorite games for a long time. Back then, playing felt rewarding and exciting, and there was always something meaningful to work toward.
Unfortunately, over time the game started feeling less rewarding, especially for long-term players. Progress feels slower, rewards feel smaller, and a lot of the excitement that kept me coming back every day has faded. New content still looks beautiful, but the overall experience doesn’t feel as satisfying as it used to.
I still appreciate the effort put into the game and I have many good memories with it, but the current direction has made me enjoy it much less than before. That’s the main reason for my low rating.

rewards keep getting worse and worse, especially for F2P players to the point it’s unplayable.

You can do so much exploration but you get almost no rewards! Don’t start this game because they only care about people who spend a lot of money.
