Flo is great but this.. The “insights” button, Every woman deserves to understand whats happening with her body, understand how to take care of it and if shes in danger because today almost all women arent teached about this topic and their alerts are neglected by doctors. Not everyone can purchase this option since most of people using this app are teens which i think is the best time to learn those type things

Perfect app, using it already more than 5 years. Easy to use if you add your mood and how you felling then app will perfectly predict your condition on a certain day of the cycle.

I’m happy with this app. It gave me a lot of useful info and a good insight of myself.

This app helped me get pregnant, but unfortunately doesn’t offer any features besides logging symptoms without a paid subscription

I’ve used this app for years now. I’ve had premium for a year or 2, and it’s worked wonders for me. Even though my period is not that consistent, it still predicts the dates it comes with pretty good accuracy. I know gyno’s never say to rely on apps, but I wouldn’t know what to do without Flo (seriously). If you want a period tracker I recommend flo 100%

I’ve been using the premium version of Flo for six months. At first, I found it informative and helpful, but over time it became repetitive and overwhelming, constantly pushing content. I’m currently using the app in conceiving mode, which can be quite stressful—I’ve even avoided opening it just to escape the constant baby-related images and graphics. Sometimes, less is more.
The app is also missing a key feature: a basal body temperature (BBT) graph. While it’s possible to manually enter temperatures taken with a regular thermometer, it requires too many steps, and in the end, there’s no graph or meaningful update to the fertility statistics.

Great app to keep track of my period but also my mood and other health related metrics. Super valuable to collect all of this data and get to know what is going on with your body.

It’s a very convenient app to when you can expect your period or when you’re fertile.

Really great app. However it would amazing if there were options to also track fertility treatments, such as IUI, IVF etc.

The best app I downloaded 3 years ago, very accurate with my periods and even understands my body and mood swings more than I do. It really helps me manage my mood, acne, trauma and depression.❤️

I have used Flo for years and now I have recommended it to my teenage daughter. Is very friendly, simple to use and has been a great support to understand my hormones fluctuating. It is not very intuitive for perimenopause, though. For example it doesn’t relate my age and my now unpredictable periods with perimenopause but with pregnancy (?). Also it got a little annoying asking constantly to buy the subscription, but I guess is the same with all free apps. Besides this, I fully recommend it.

It’s really incorrect to make me fill out a full questionnaire just to hit me with a paywall, what a waste of time
