FitMind: Mental Fitness

I have been working on personal development since a few years.. everything has had a slow ripple effect on my life. I’m still in level 3 haven’t been able to do in consecutively everyday but regularly throughout the week. I can already feel a huge difference in my awareness and reactiveness on things in my daily life. So so worth the investment and commitment

I’ve been wanting to meditate for so long. But most practices just feel off and I could not get myself to do them. This app builds up , teaches you the background and has the only voice that does not annoy me. Buy it, it’s worth the investment in yourself 100x over.

I have used this ap for over a year now and I still really like it. It helps me get into meditation time and time again and teaches me about all the different kind of techniques. I have recommended the ap to many of my friends and will keep on using it for a longtime.

I really like that each training (meditation) is combined with a lesson. First meditation app that kept me hooked for weeks. And learned a lot in the process.
The new UI since the last update is also very nice. 10/10 app in my book.

The founder of the app has some good insights and explains it in easy understandable language.
