Ik zit alleen al weer bijna twee maanden te wachten op twee paar Jordans en een geweldig mooi t-shirt

I have ordered a bag end of Sept. Online it stated I should receive it 5th Oct. But it never arrived. And the UPS system also says it has never arrived. I am trying to get my money back, but this seems impossible. I have called them 5x and still my refund is not being started. When calling the service team they say that they cannot anything about it. Which leaves me in a uncomfortable situation.

I was unable to complete my purchase for 24 hours, and suddenly it was possible, but my size was the only one where the price had increased. The problem the app had which did not allow me to pay has now resulted in me having to pay a higher fee.

The app sets the language automatically depending on the region. Which makes experience for expats extremely difficult. I live in the Netherlands, but don’t speak the language. I’m then forced to use the app either with translator or by reading about items elsewhere. Therefore shopping experience with an app is very low so I barely use Farfetch anymore unless I really can not buy anywhere else. It’s a shame.

A problem occurred with a faulty luxury item that I bought from them and they do not get the responsibility of replacing it, fix it or reimburse it. Farfetch is collaborating with boutiques and their costumer service acts like an intermediate when problems occur. I am more than 4 weeks waiting for the boutique and the brand to reach a decision. The whole point of buying luxurious items from a renowned brand and store is to not experience such difficulties. I am experiencing a very poor costumer experience, keep that in mind.

bought 2 pairs of offwhite vult’s and both of them were dirty, i bought the white ones and you can clearly see the marks on there. it really looks ugly so i dont recommend this app.

I live in the Netherlands but don’t speak Dutch. I can’t use this app. I should be able to set my language preferences independently of my location setting.

De prijzen die hier gevraagd worden zijn significant (soms zelfs meer dan 3x) hoger dan de originele prijzen. Dit voelt als afzetterij en ga er absoluut niet aan bijdragen.
Ik wil eigenlijk niet eens 1 ster geven..

Het zou fijn zijn dat als ik iets op mn verlanglijstje zet. Het niet gelijk een week daarna weg is. Je zet iets op je lijst omdat je het opgeslagen wilt hebben. Dat het dan verwijderd word is nogal irritant. Ik zal naar een andere winkel gaan nu.

Ik heb mijn schoen retour gestuurd maar mijn geld heb ik nooit meer terug gekregen. Ze reageren ook niet op mijn e-mails

Plenty of choices and good shopping experiences.
But like always check the prices, sometimes the normal prices are more than the double then somewhere else (like the original brand store).
In my opinion, Farfetch should take actions on these prices.
As mentioned, I can recommend this company. Ordered several times and all were very positive.

They told me to call me back but they never did, I lost my item because of that. Very disappointing
