At this moment EURUSD is 1.15, while in the broker is lower than 1.13.
The app is unreliable, sometimes you need to close and open to be able to login.
I can write so many issues, but I don’t believe it’s effective.

It’s just permanently loading after I put my details in and it won’t let me into my account. I’ve tried the app, the browser, different browsers, and different devices, nothing works. Can’t contact customer support without logging in which every time I do it just emails me saying I logged in but continues to load. I just want to take my money out but it won’t let me into my account.

It blocks your ability to buy new stocks exactly when the market recovers and you can gain some profit. The error messages are totally general: please try again later. Their support system is the worst. There’s a chat bot who tells you that your account may need to be verified, and when you confirm your account is indeed verified, it gives you the same stupid message: to try again later. Best way to use the app is not to use it at all. Unless you need some help to lose money.

I have tried the app but cannot login, the code never arrived, tried 3 times. I then switch to call, got a call with 5 minute delay…

Would rate it a 4.5 star if possible. There are currently only 2 things I dislike.
In the overview of the app it shows a graph indicating the loss or profit on your stocks. However, if you make a deposit it considers this deposit as a profit which makes the graph not very valid if you ask me. Quick example, if you had $100,00 and you deposit another $100,00 it would say 100% profit. Which isn’t true as you didn’t make any profit but just deposited more money.
Secondly, copy traders and other copy functions (like portfoliOS) are still all-in dollars. I would like to have the possibility to do these things with euros. I do understand that this is quite difficult though.

I bought oil before the market opened at a price of 79. They, on the other hand, bought it two hours after the market opened at the highest price. I should be making a profit now, but instead I’m in the negative. There’s no proper alerting and no proper reporting. The fees are extremely high—I’m seriously considering transferring all my money to another app.

Read daily and invest in time , once bought stock keep for years taken the losses before cashing in when stocks rebound .

Geweldige app, doet niet moeilijk over uitbetaling. Gewoon een geweldige prachtige app

The application is badly maintained. Minimum amount to invest is sometimes above €900 “, whilst it should be €50. Fix this glitch.

When i try to open the app to log in with my google account it closes the app immediately. Can you fix this

With the latest update the app keeps crashing. I cant login ! after I put in the username and password the eToro app immediately crashes. I Never had a problem before.login on the website is still possible.

I tried to add some money in to my account. I did this via iDeal. My money has been withdrawn from my bankaccount, but no deposit in my eToro account. It feel like a robbery!

Been trading with eToro for almost 5 years. No issues so far. Mostly suited for entry level investors/traders.

2 suggesties (die eerder in de app zaten) maar die nu erg worden gemist. (Paused in verkoop copy trade, zo kun je wat geld vrijmaken en later met 1 druk op de knop weer verder volgen. 2e bij copytraders statistieken naar klikken op jaar (2023, 2024 etc, ook knopje all zo zie je in één oogopslag rendement afgelopen 5 jaar mooi overzichtelijk in 1 staafdiagram). Jammer dat deze mogelijkheden en overzichten eruit zijn gehaald :-(

The only problem is that there’re lots of stocks that can be found in the app, it says it will be here soon but that never happens
