Never spending money on this gacha again it’s giving me heroes on the next bannner not the one I’m pulling from. customer service doesn’t care to fix it.

Trash game gives special treatment to specific servers and not all of them, honestly super shameful for a game. Really really bad, don't play

Lots a nice game with a lot of fun things to do but honestly I hate the nee summon animation. But other than that a great game only think ml summons should be easier.

Purchases should be less money and it shouldn’t take so many pulls to gain a 5 star moonlight hero

I’ve through my fair share of games and there’s no other game as good as thing in its genre. It does take time to learn everything.
I’ve played for 2 years and I have never had in game energy problems and people that complain that you need material doesn’t realize it’s a farm based game. As for the rng on gear, it’s the most thrilling part! Of course it sucks when it doesn’t roll well but it fantastic when it does!

I love this game and play it all the time, but the connection error sucks and in-game purchases could be much better.

Please don’t do this to Aria, I don’t want her to change, I understand this game is for rates 12+ but still, s0rew this game, I very often get characters by coincidence, a day before they have a rerun on characters banners, such as roana and another character, I just got Aria today AGAIN, a day before they censor her, i ll miss her, pls fix this Smilegate-Sama

That right that is what it’s like to connect and when you do trust me it won’t last in the slightest. The game is gorgeous. Amazing concept. I have good WiFi and 5G so I know it’s most definitely not on my end. Just fix the connection issues and you can have my money.

I recently came back to the game and it is constantly connecting, even logging in can take up to 10 MINUTES. All my other games work fine. I have this issue on all devices on 5g or wifi. Fix the servers!

Please fix the connection errors. 50% of the time you get connecting and have to reconnect.

I’ve been playing for about a year, almost F2P (few monthly 5,- packs, but wasn’t necessary) and currently in 19th ranked guild. I’ve been lucky with some pulls but there’s plenty rewards and events to get you plenty rewards. Then there’s a ton of 3* underestimated heroes of which some can destroy limited whale pulls with the right setup. Great game and still fun. Also - waifus

good game but most meta defining heroes are locked behind events that happen once every year or are locked until you are late game. also some new disappointing limiteds with artifacts that you aren't even guaranteed to get even if u have gotten the hero multiple times

I have been an epic seven player for about sixty percent of the time that it’s been out. I have seen many banners come and go, and I can say that this is an amazing game, with some really nice nostalgia. I would highly recommend downloading this and putting at least fifty bucks into summoning for a hero that you want, and then building that hero to the best of your ability. This is a beautiful game with some awesome animations and lovable characters. If I ever stop playing E7 I will truly miss it.

They finally listen to us the players! Everything is fun and perfect now! They removed pet snacks and it’s awesome to play now! 10/10 recommended that you play it now!
