DOOM

I’ve played this game in the early days and now I’ve downloaded it on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Unfortunately there is no sound so the experience is not nice. I’ll wait for an update and if this takes too long I’ll remove the game. Big shame.

Verry good game but can you make the old game back like heretic of hexen that bring all retro games back Will be Nice

Why I can’t play this with a controller

Please revert to previous iOS controls, that “new improved controls” DO NOT WORK! Listen to the followers and fire the person who made this ugly change and revert back. Thanks

Brings back the old days. It is a real shame the keyboard of my iPad is not fully supported. Cannot turn and shoot with the keyboard, but I can move change weapons and open doors. 5 stars otherwise.

The new controls are better than the old ones, but far from perfect. But the game is at least playable, and even after 25 years alot of fun!

I could always hide those large buttons. Now its stuck on my screen and is in the way with no way to hide them. Fix please.

08-20-2020 can you please check the update because there are big bugs in you can not see your weapons anymore because the pop-up is too big and the controls are not adjustable and visible over a large part of the image and that makes the game ugly for the game doom. do something about this!

Thanks for the update Bethesda. Strafe works again with xbox controller on iPad air. Doom I and Doom II works perfect now :)

Great game and brought nice memories back. Specially for this game i bought an xbox one controller because the touch controls didn’t worked out for me. Unfortunately i can not strafe left or right with the xbox one controller so it is hard to dodge when you’re shot upon.
I purchased doom 2 as well to see if they solved this problem but i can not strafe either on doom 2.
I would rather have spent 10 dollars or more with perfect controls.
Please solve this problem.
The game is 5 stars.
But due to bad controls on iOS i give it 2. Please resolve this issue.

It’s not possible anymore to strafe using a xbox or ps4 controller which makes the game unplayable. Please fix!

This used to be a great port, the latest update introduced a bug when using a dualshock 4 controller: strafing left/right is no longer possible. This makes the game unplayable for me and I reduced the rating from 5 stars to 1 star...

The very first shooter I used to play 25 years ago and loved it. Lovely to see it republished for mobile devices but unfortunately nearly unplayable due to the very, very bad controls....please give this a good upgrade

Prior to the iOS 13 update it was a bit annoying playing it with the touch controls but now I can connect my PS4 controller to the phone and play it with the controller which makes it AWESOME

Great to have a new version that works on the latest iOS, with proper save game support, nightmare mode and cheats.... but unfortunately the clunky controls ruin it all. It is just not playable this way.
Please implement the smooth controls of the older iOS version, with a separate shoot button and aiming that does not jump when you lift your finger.
If that is fixed, it will become the awesome game that it deserves to be once more!
