Deliveroo: Eten en winkelen

Er wordt aangegeven dat er geen bezorgkosten wordt aangerekend vanaf 10 euro maar dat is niet waar. Ik heb ze nu gewoon betaald

They are scammers. I have used them for many years and have never had many problems. One time something Goes wrong and 50€ of products are missing from my order…
Instead of sending my right full money back they took it and stole from me ! Dissapointed. All they couldve done to fix it is just give it back or send a voucher. But this greedy company does not care about their customers.

Order not complete missing another chocolate bar. Delivery driver could not call to solve this for me. I had to call with my EU mobile myself (phone costs are higher than the missing chocolate bar). Now let's see how long it takes before they refund the money.

The restaurant I have ordered from gave me the wrong items, not the ones I have asked for and didn't received a compensation, a recovery or credit about it. They said they can't do anything about it and moreover, will take my feedback into consideration, this was the only answer I have received.

Ik heb zojuist 5 uur op mijn bestelling gewacht! Na 2 uur te hebben gewacht heb ik bij Glovo besteld bij hetzelfde restaurant en het was er in 15 minuten. Na contact opgenomen te hebben met Deliveroo krijg ik een tegoed van €1,77 voor een bestelling van €20 euro. Slechtste service ooit!

30 minutes in, still no confirmation from restaurant. Why would you have such restaurants in your app?

The delivery was supposed to arrive at 7:20PM. I called the delivery guy at 19:31, he then told me it would take another 15 minutes to arrive.
At 7:50PM I called again and then he told me another 10 minutes.
Very bad to keep people waiting this long.

Was staying at a hotel and they left without speaking to reception or delivering my order

Ik zou korting krijgen op mijn eerste bestelling bij Deliveroo maar mijn kortingscode is niet geldig.
K heb m pas 5 minuten en doet het nu al niet.

You have been my favorite food provider (I like cakes, coolies) and best deliverererer in my entire life. I will miss you Deliveroo and others don’t deliver Sea Salt & Chocolate so well. ❤️

Na 1,5 uur nog steeds geen bezorger terwijl ze er binnen 15 a 20 minuten zouden zijn en lopen dan nog steeds moeilijk te doen over geld terug krijgen.

At least in Holland the customer service is terrible. Use Uber eats. It’s much better also with better user experience.

Voor het eerst de app gebruikt waar ik met de code FIRST50% 50% korting kon krijgen. Bij betalen kreeg ik een foutmelding en was de order gecanceld. Opnieuw besteld maar kon natuurlijk de code niet meer gebruiken. Dus uiteindelijk de korting niet gekregen.

Several times they let you wait for your food and then after more than an hour the delivery does not show up with some kind of strange excuse from the driver. Then getting a refund takes around ten day

Super slechte service, vergeten deel van je bestelling of het gaat onderweg ‘zoek’. Enige wat je krijgt is je geld terug binnen 10 werkdagen…. Maar ho maar dat ze je opnieuw eten bezorgen

Dit is echt de meest waardeloze app ever. Nog slechter dan Thuisbezorgd. Binnen een paar minuten na bestellen kreeg ik 10 berichtjes achter elkaar binnen dat de rider m’n adres niet kon vinden, dat het voor de deur lag, enz enz. De lijst met fouten is te lang om op te noemen. Maar goed dat Deliveroo weggaat uit Nederland.

The app seriously needs a customer service. It’d be really handy to be able to chat online with someone from customer service to ask questions about order, return or cancel.
Other than that it is a great app!

Not recommended. I was waiting 1,5hour for bottle of cola. So I decided to cancel my order. I was fighting whit two bot lady's to cancel my order. First said that I can't do this and she cancel but conversation on chat and second was delayed it about 15 min by trying to reach a rider. After she fail finally she cancel my order.
