The clothes are nice, sizing sometimes is a bit off, but that’s the case with most clothing websites. What I don’t like is the returning policy. They used to have a QR code to scan so printing was not necessary, now they still have the option on their app to just want the QR, and then when you complete the return the QR doesn’t work and it tells you to print anyway. Not great when you don’t have a printer. Please fix it.

The store is awesome with cute affordable clothes. Please create a setting where you can switch the app to dark mode because my eyes can’t take it when opening the app in the evening or night

Dear Cider,
I really enjoy shopping with you, but I don't like the color because it's too bright. You don't want to shop in bright light.
P.S.: Can you create a dark screen?

This app has every style from cute to cool, it’s also very cheap. A cute top just for 10 euros.

I have bought some really nice pieces from Cider! The app can be a bit overwhelming because there’s so much to choose from but it works well and suggests good products. There is one big thing that made me write this review however:
When looking at reviews people left on garments, you used to be able to see which size they had bought. This was very useful because you could more easily gauge the right size (the suggested size often isn’t accurate). This feature was removed and it makes buying clothes on the app a lot more difficult. You can still see people’s measurements but they are useless if you don’t know which size they bought. I don’t want to buy the wrong size and have to return it (for myself but also for the planets sake…).
Please Cider, bring back this feature, for now I am hesitant to order from your company…

I enjoy using this app. It gives you idea how to match with different items. Helps a lot with choosing the right size.

All 3 items perfectly matched sizing. The quality of hair clip - above my expectations! Usually they are plastic so break with time, but this one is metal

Everything fits amazingly, the quality of the clothes is great too and the shipping time is perfect but, please start restocking clothes because everything that i liked sold out so incredibly fast in my size and close to everything on my wishlist is sold out.

Im 1,77 and my weight is 65 kilo’s. I never failed that much on a online order. Only the neckless was cute everything was so big on my waist.. i was so exited for my first order by cider, especially i had a big moodswing and was very emotional. I also ordered many times at shein and i thought they had de baddest quality, but i aint gonna lie even shein is much beter with the size and PRICE.
Never ordering again cider. I thought this was my number 1 online website wich had all of my styles. But this was my baddest experience..

I ordered a gala dress for only 19€ it fits perfectly and everyone complimented me I’m definitely going to order here again!

i ordered 2 jackets at the start of October, they both didn't fit so i sent them back around the 10th. I still didn’t receive my money! its now Dec 8.

Ordered 26th of November, order says at this moment that it will be send before 30th of November, it is currently the 6th of December. I think they are going to travel back in time. Tried to cancel order 4 times, there is a button for that in the app, apparently that doesn't work... So done with it. Want to get the order cancelled so I can remove the app

Love the app! It would be great to be able to filter on fabric material tho. It is already something noted in the product description, so it shouldn’t be that complicated I hope.

It is disappointing not to receive a response from support, or my package, or a refund. The app says that it has been delivered and is asking me to "review" when quite literally I have gotten nothing. Support doesn’t reply either. Dhl literally says the package has been returned to sender and they still claim it was delivered in the app. Don’t bother ordering here, I was super excited too but it seems like it’s just a scam.

I was so surprised by the quality of the clothes I ordered. It’s incredible and I wasn’t expecting that. It looks exactly like the photos, came two days early than predicted and they gifted me a few things, one of the things was a measurement item so you can put your measurements into your account which makes it helpful for ordering clothes. Super thoughtful!

I love the clothes from cider: everything fits perfect and the material is great. From all the items I bought everything fit - this never happened in my life! I also like that you get discounts and even gifts. The reviews are very helpful als well.
