The app is a joy to use. It is like no other bank app. It is very intuitive and well build and with lots of option. I use the pro plan and I have activated the auto round up and it automatically saves to the savings the 1€ round up after every transaction. Also, each time I am paid I have I have made it so that it automatically splits the income to various different bank account (in BUNQ or even external) and this way it becomes very each to manage your tenancies. I never write review but this app is worth it.

Helaas is het onmogelijk om je zakelijke transfers naar partijen in het buitenland terug te vinden en inzage te krijgen in welk rekening nummer je destijds hebt gebruikt. Dit schijnt te zijn omdat Bunq samen met Wise werkt. Het zal allemaal zo wezen, maar als klant ben je dus de pineut als je meer info over historie nodig hebt. Echt zeer waardeloos en voor mij onwerkbaar.

Heb zitten zoeken om een simpel actie geld overboeken van betaalrekening naar spaarrekening, als je op betaalrekening staat zou je keuzes moeten krijgen naar intern of extern banken lijkt mij?

They advertise themselves as a bank that can be used without a BSN, but my experience was completely different. I submitted five different proof of address documents, exactly as requested by their support team, and every single one was rejected without providing a clear explanation or a practical solution.
The verification process was unnecessarily complicated and a complete waste of time. If you’re expecting a simple onboarding process, don’t rely on their marketing claims.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend bunq. There are other banks with a much smoother and more transparent verification process.

The app keeps asking me to up a new account. No option to log in with an existing account. Useless!
