Buffer: Plan & Schedule Posts

Buffer is an excellent platform for managing posts across social media.
It is clean, reliable, and very easy to use.
The scheduling tools save time and help keep my creative workflow organized.
Buffer makes posting on different platforms smooth and stress free.
A great tool for creators who want clarity and simplicity.

Easy to use, user friendly & great interface

It would be great to also be able to just add post and it would automatically post on each platform on time slot that is set for the platform.
Now you need to first schedule post for multiple platform, and then separately chose to post in the time slot.

I am using the latest Buffer version on iOS. Since April 28th I can’t move my drafts containing photos or video clips to the queue anymore. When i do the same in my Firefox web browser i have no issues at all. This should be fixed.

Snap de negatieve recensies niet zo. Voor m’n ZZP bedrijfje post ik met Buffer heerlijk makkelijk twee keer per week berichten op LinkedIn, FB en Insta. In de gratis versie kun je maximaal 8 posts in de queue per social media platform zetten, en dat voldoet voor mij prima. Werkt makkelijk, goed en betrouwbaar.
Geen ingewikkelde kerstboom van functies, lekker simpel.

In het verleden kon ik ~ 8 accounts koppelen en betaalde ik zo’n 120 euro per jaar. Nu zou dat 8 x 5 euro = 40 euro per maand zijn. Bizar. Ga ik niet doen.

Very annoying that it is only possible posting to directly on Instagram if youre linked with facebook... and that account also have to be linked with your instagram account... Currently not using the app as I hoped i would use it and it is so annoying.

Impossible to connect multiple Instagram accounts. Keeps connecting the same, single, one.
All images posted in LinkedIn via Buffer are being toned down quality wise. So images come out vague en low quality.
No client service, no phone number and no mail response.
Just sad.

Before, when I buffered a link it had all accounts selected, now just one and I have to select the others if I want to post there as well. This is not very user friendly. Still an app to use if youre a content curator.

This app is really great to schedule your post on twitter and instagram, I can schedule my weekly tweet and don’t think about it. I just miss a few features for instagram like tags counter and tags helper.

Worked fine for a couple of weeks, but since the start of my subscription the problems started. Had to reconnect multiple times on one day and suddenly it isn’t posting anything on instagram. It keeps bothering me about notifications, it should be up to me to use them....

Too bad to notice that the in-app analytics have been removed from (the free version of) this otherwise handy and valuable app. Or have they moved elsewhere?
Just to let the development team know: I’m apposed to any subscription-based software, but would consider to purchase apps at any fair one-time price (as an alternative offer).

Got the app. It used the FB profiel I Don’t use on this device. I tried to get the right FB account Linked. But it just threw an error 304 at me. Remover the app and started over. Two hours and a pile of frustration later, removed the entiteit app.

Best social media hub and integrator ever. I use it both on my laptop and on my mobile. A++++

Update:
While I first really disliked it, after getting used to it I love it. It has a bit of a learning curve, and some thing could be more streamlined, but there is logic to the madness.
The starting membership is a bit steep compared to some other products, but for what it needs to do it does it easiet than others, and nicely, albeit sometimes confusingly. It works nice on different platforms too which is handy.
I appreciate customer service reaching out, and offering to help. Thank you.

1. They promise import from RSS, but then doesn't work for some services like Pinterest, or does depending on if you use the website or app, completely confusing, the same goes for automaticcaly adding tags?
2. Confusing as can be to use, constant errors, and pop ups, and just a mess
3. Horrible documentation and explanation of things
4. Constant upselling, nauseating, I bought the 'Awesome' plan, yet still get upsell promotions for the 'Business' plan just about every page you look. Give me a break, so annoying.
5. It's been hours, and besides a lot of cursing not a single post as I want it, and was believed was possible is posted on Social Media. It is just a mess, and I cannot for the life me understand why people like this app and company. Do not recommend, do not waste money on, just run away, hard from this app. You're better off doing it manually, it takes less time in my case.
How about less upselling and actually taking care of the customers that you have. Probably not renewing. Very frustrating experience. Not recommended.

Niet gebruiken! Zonder mijn expliciete toestemming werd er een update geplaatst op mijn linkedin pagina dat ik buffer gebruik. App direct verwijderd.

It works great for boosting my online content on twitter! With the automatic picture choosing function it saves me so much time. Even when I forget to plug my newly made stuff on twitter I can do it easily from my phone or rebuffer previously made posts. The only downside is how expensive the pro plans are
